There is a saying in life that you can't choose your family. Well, if I could choose my family, it would include Alexis and his sister, the owners of Le Bistrot. I dined alone at Le Bistrot on Friday night, a little uneasy as I...More
Super duper recommended. To start, I had the grilled Camembert. It was simple, but gooily awesome. For my main, I had a lamb chop with mashed potatos. The lamb was very nice, but the true highlight was the mashed potatoes. They were the best I've...More

This restaurant is a Toulouse treasure. If offers a small but varied delightful menu of choices. While the steak frites appeared popular we ordered the squid, the amazingly fresh foie gras and the scallop salad with prosciutto which was terrific. The wine was well chosen.
