We picked the wrong place to have lunch from all the restaurants in the lovely Place Nationale. Great location, service was fine, not too expensive but the food was not good. My husband had the moules & they were ok although the sauce was pretty...More

Delicious dinners in the picturesque Place Nationale, at the heart of the Montauban old city. We liked the menu at 19.90 euros, especially the duck magret (among the best we’ve ever had). Don’t miss the local Gaillac wines – red, rosé or white. Service was...More

Run of the mill tourist brasserie food, would have been acceptable if the service hadn't been so terrible. Sporting Trip Advisor sign in window but don't seem to care about reviews.

The service was practically non-existent. The vegetables looked like they had been cooked for a fortnight and were descending into an awful mush. The steak could have been revived by a good vet even lthough I had asked for "bien cuit" (well-cooked) hoping it would...More
