This restaurant was modern, yet retaining traditional styling. Our party was seated in a quiet alcove, and we were attended by an efficient young waiter whom we believe was Portugese, who understood our mix of English and French. The menu was fairly comprehensive with varied...More

Good foie gras and steaks. They feature a local sausage from the nearby market that is exceptional. The duck is very fine Desserts are a little unusual try the soufflé which isn't. A great wine list and service is old world professional.

The deoor, the food, the professional male waiters all screamed "FRANCE." Just a delightful place to have lunch after a visit to the porcelain museum just a few blocks away. The food was very good, so was the service, and the ambiance can't be beat....More

I arrived in Limoges for business on a Sunday afternoon. There were extremely limited choices for restaurants open for dinner and the hotel advised that this establishment was open. I arrived to the restaurant without a reservation (party of 1) and was greeted with surprise...More

We went here for dinner on a Saturday evening. It reminds me a little of 'Rules' in Covent Garden. The formal waiters keep everything running. Service is efficient. The food we had from the daily specials was fine. With 2 aperitifs, a bottle of champagne...More

Basically ordered a meal for two - one starter of sausages and gravy on soggy bread, two main courses consisting of of a thin slice of grilled/roast lamb and jus (minimal) and a brass small pan of quinola. The bottle of Alsace Reisling was not...More

We had a great dinner here in 2015. Went back this year and were a bit dissappointed. The menu offers a lot of choice, but the main courses are poor. Good products, all very well prepared but no accompanying vegetables. Waiters a bit grumpy. Will...More
