We stopped here for lunch during our holiday as we have in previous years and can say we are never left disappointed. I had the Tuna which was a good size and cooked to my request. The staff were all very pleasant and some even spoke good English which was a blessing for a partial french speaker. Th location is... More

Lovely place to sit out and have afternoon drinks. We were served by one of the friendliest and welcoming waitresses we have met for a long time. Unlike many of thr French restaurants, Le Petit Pastis were welcoming people in just to drink rather than seven meal courses. We enjoyed the fresh cocktails served which were freshly made rather than... More

Wonderful setting, great food , slick service ! Really enjoyed our lunch here as a group of 6. Service was really slick and the drinks kept coming . Everybody enjoyed their lunches , generous portions and top notch ingredients. At around £20 per head including drinks I thought this place was good value, I would definitely come here again !

We were staying in a nearby village and wanted to venture out for a daytime excursion on a Sunday. We decided to visit Narbonne and followed the road signs to the center of the town and their new underground parking garage. Upon emerging from the subterranean garage we were greeted by sunshine, trees and the beautiful canal which dissects the... More

Didn't expect much from this place on our first night here but I had a lovely tasty entrecôte steak. Wife's pasta dish was average though, and service was sloppy but friendly - young staff who seemed to forget things easily. A mixed bag.

Delicious lunch. Clean and smart, but not too dear, great location. Delicious salad. The canal side is hit and miss in terms of eateries, but this was excellent.

Poor service as in forgetting our starter advising shorts on the menu after we had ordered failure to clear up vacated tables resulting in rubbish on ground difficulty opening bottle of wine(in France!!) Frites and pomes de terre inedible oh and yes the Maigrat de Canard was actually very good

This is a great restaurant for dinner or just to sample the local wine. The food is good quality and should only cost twenty euro for a main course

We stopped for a glass of wine then decided to order a snack. The wine came but the food still hadn't after 20 mins. I enquired where it was and the waitress said "hasn't it arrived yet?"! It became very windy so we asked if we could move indoors. They cleared a table for us but took the place settings... More

This restaurant was among several listed as recommendations in a helpful book left for guests at our hotel. We decided to try it after looking at the daily lunch specials. Because it was quite warm outside that day, we decided to eat inside, and were among the very few who did. The outside tables were very appealing with their umbrellas... More
