Excellent evening, the team is passionate and makes the effort to tell us about the product and its local origin. The butcher's piece was an excellent quality bull steak! I recommend the homemade bull chorizo sauce which is a perfect complement to your dish. My only advice, save room for dessert!

I recommend x 10000!! It's excellent, quality dish and also local. We were welcomed by a very caring and kind gentleman who made my girlfriend and I feel very comfortable. Super nice place on top of that. The gentleman was kind enough to keep a shopping bag that I had accidentally forgotten when leaving the restaurant.

The staff was nice and the service was great. We ordered a taureau burger, that was nothing special, and the gardianne de taureau that was amazing! Tender, tasty and the sauce was so great! It was served with some rice and all together was a perfect match.

On Sunday, after a walk in the city, we found by chance this small place in rue de l'Universitè... I was hungry and curious to try the bull meat. The menu proposed burger and typical dishes based on bull meat... it has a particular taste and not everybody can like it but the burger was very special, one of the best I have tryed in France. We congratulated the kind chef-waiter (he alone perfectively managed all the place), that explained us his passion and love for his land, the Camargue and its typical bull meat based cooking. Finally, this place was worth to be visit for a simple but gourmet burger.

We had the most delightful meal; not fancy but the menu du jour was simple and very reasonably priced. A brochette of pork and chorizo with a salad of lettuce and tomatoes with the addition of a scattering of pomegranate seeds and extremely tasty chips (definitely not french fries) followed by 2 boules of either sorbet or ice-cream for €10. Friendly service and we will return next time we're in Montpellier.
