We've spent 4 weeks in Collioure and eaten at most of the restaurants that are open at this time of year. The standard has been rather variable, mostly good but with two exceptions. One on the Avenue Camille Pelletan was woefully substandard, but our formule lunch at The Neptune was stand-out excellent in every respect. Quality, ambiance, staff, attention to... More

2 years ago we enjoyed New Year so much at Le Neptune that we decided to repeat the experience and we were not disappointed. The staff are excellent, the food superb, the presentation perfect and the location just out of this world. We have also had the EUR 29 lunch menu and this also was just superb. This is one... More

We went to Le Neptune last year in November. The food was excellent. We loved it to a point that we booked it again when visited the area. We dined there on 10th Nov. Not sure if something changed but the food was just mediocre. The taste was so-so, not so fresh and presentation was nothing to write home about.... More

We had dinner here with friends. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The menu was varied but included a variety of seafood choices. The wine list was very limited. The food ranged from good to excellent. The bill was around 50 Euro per person including drinks and wine. Reasonable.

This year we decided to return again to the Neptune. The evening was lovely and the patio a great place to enjoy our last night in Collioure. I love the Neptune, because it's menu has so many great choices. I had oysters on the half shell which were fresh and delicious. I think my husband had veal, which he enjoyed... More

We were lucky to get a table for lucnh on a sunny Thursday afternoon; the view from the restaurant is simply stunning and we had a table very close to the main restaurant window. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The Table d'hote menu is excellent value at 29Euros for 6 courses including amuse bouche and beautiful petite fours. Stunning... More

I've come to realise that it is always worth paying extra for fabulous food, though at €39 for a fixed dinner menu, it is not that much more than the rather mediocre tourist restaurants the town seems to have far too many of. The view is fabulous over the town at night as well. The conservatory is the place to... More

Lovely place overlooking the sea and village. Excellent staff, had the 29 euro lunch menu. Scallop salad and foie gras pasta both superb. Monkfish risotto was good but veal frittata was superb. Chocolate desert was brilliant. With amuse bouche, anchovy pre starter and the best marshmallow ever with coffee this place is a pure gem , wish we could be back soon

I have always wanted to try this this pretty restaurant set into the rocks in Collioure and finally got the chance. We were staying nearby, so decided to pop in for dinner. We had made a reservation in person and were not expecting to get such a great table (we dressed up a bit) It has a stunning view of... More
