This is the bistro of the one etoile Michelin restaurant to which it is adjacent – it serves as a clubhouse for the Carcassonne golf course and provides well cooked food at a reasonable price. However, it is important to note that this is a different restaurant to the main location.

Traditional elements but modern preparation . That summarize the meals here. Particular mention ath the "anchoius preparation" a declinaison around the dry and salted anchovies exceptional. The snails ravioli and the desossed pigfeet are also not to miss. The almond souffle is great. Good local and regional wines. Perfect service. Some Michelin's two stars have not this quality

While the sylvan setting is soothing, and the service is smoothly handled by a well-coordinated team, chef Philippe Deschamps and sommelier Frank Zakinis presiding respectively over the food and wine, make the multi-hour meal well worth the visit. The vichyssoise amuse bouche, asparagus soup, chèvre salad, sole meunière and Grand Marnier soufflé rounded out a feast for the senses. Relais... More

Friendly and efficient service. good food and wine at fair prices, but no cheaper than you would expect at a quality hotel near a world famous site.

This review is for the restaurant Bernard Rigaudis. We arrived at the restaurant 7:55 for an 8:00 reservation. We were politely informed that the restaurant was not open yet and asked if we would like to wait in the salon and have apéritifs. We were escorted to a very comfortable room with a cozy fire and one other couple. The... More

Wonderful, tasty food, served with matching wines chosen by the wine expert, made for a memorable and enjoyable Christmas day. The attention to detail was such that one of my party, who only eats vegan, was fully catered for, including her own, printed menu! An excellent experience, sensibly priced.

On a very quite weekday evening, we had a lovely dinner here. Started with the house special cocktail in the garden, with some snacks, then we were escorted to our table. Opted for the a`la carte selection. Everything we have tasted was well balanced, well cooked and nicely presented. The house bread selection is to die for, specially the the... More

We booked our stay at the hotel through an online deal that included an evening meal on one of our three nights stay. I decided to upgrade our room and have our meal from the a la carte menu and it was such a good decision. Both the meal and the larger room were excellent. Staff at the hotel are... More

Best dinner we had in Provence. Treated us like kings and queens. Just a classy place with great food, great wine and great attention from waiters. A bit pricey, but worth every Euro.
