You have to wait minimum 15 minutes or more to get in, but it is worth the effort. Fantastic gallettes with a wide range of tastes and ingredients. We enjoyed our lunch very much!

Even at lunch, one has to queue for quite a while to get into this restaurant which specializes in crepes. Service was friendly and professional, and I was amazed at the large list of sparkling ciders from Normandy which go so well with crepes. We chose a bottle that was perfect and it was accompanied by traditional cider cups (sort... More

Hearing how popular this place is, we made reservations and made sure we were there at the door when it opened at 11:30 am. Glad we did; while we were first in line on a Saturday, even with reservations, once the door opened, it was a madhouse rush and the place was completely packed within 5 minutes. True to Parisian... I think this place is a Marais institution and we really enjoyed our lunch stop there. Crepes are their specialty and they were very light and tasty. I had the caramel ones for extra sweetness.

Very popular place and we had to stand in line outside. People coming out of the restaurant said it was worth waiting for and it really was. Lots of delicious crêpes to choose from and great cider to go with them. Don't miss out on the dessert crêpes. The one with pear and salty caramel will be a sweet memory... More

This small restaurant presents wonderful Norman and Breton crepes. The daily specials are listed on the board, with the savory crepes being made with buckwheat flour and the sweet using regular flour. There is a nice bar list, including the house cider, served in the traditional small bowls. Definitely make a reservation!. Nice taste of Northwest France in Paris.

I have visited this place many times and I will go for the food. However, the owner can be very impolite. We were three and wanted to order two crepes for desserts, he insisted that we should order 3 items. This was an afternoon snack. I think he could be more welcoming.

I went there with my gf, we didn't book by the way we seat after around 20 minutes of wait. Food was very good and the service was quite fast, waiters were kind and professional, they speak English very well. Prices are bit high!! 4 crepes and a cider 48 euros

Taking a reservation is advisable due to the huge popularity of this crêperie. For example someone looking for a place at around 8 P.M. without reservation may have to wait till 10 P.M. to get one. For making a reservation you have to call them from 9:30 to 11:30 A.M. We tried the Fougeraise and Brittany ham and chesse galette.... More

Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
