The signs in the window say open from 19.00 Our first attempt one evening at 19.15 left us in front of a closed and dark creperie, sign still saying open from 19.00 So we went somewhere else. We saw it was open later that evening. Next evening around 19.30 nice surprise - they were actually open ! My friend had... More

Great place with great food. The crepes were made with buckwheat which are gluten-free. They were simply amazing. Also had a very good salad. Service was great. I spoke my broken French and they were appreciative, but saved me by speaking English. I will go back.

Crepes both sweet and savory are presented here in a number of variations which meet most crepe-lovers interests. Salads are also on hand and other smaller bites. All at average fair prices. Although this eaterie doesn't hit quite the high notes of the perhaps better known (amongst crepe enthusiasts) Breizh, it is still very good and worth a stop if... More

definitively this restaurant is a "must try" place to eat! pancakes are just amazing!!: fresh, original, tasty ; and the location is a very smart one with nice colors, very original paintings (for sale); when you are visiting Paris and Montmartre, this restaurant is one of the most valuable to make a break!

We'd never have thought that choosing a pancake (from a brilliant range) as a main course would be so delicious - and so satisfying. We shared a (good) salad with it. Then there's room for a sweet - and crepe is an option, but so is a range of delicious and imaginative ice-cream & licquer combinations ..

Assiette Lepic is a wonderful creperie in the heart of Montmartre. Its menu comprises an astonishing variety of crepes and gallettes au sarrasin (buckweath). The crepes can also be gluten free. The staff is very nice and the ambiance is cosy. Definitely NOT to be missed!

Near out hotel, this is a small, charming restaurant. Primarily a creperie, It offers several gluten free options. I had a vegetable galette and a glass of white wine. My spouse opted for meat filled crepe. Both arrived piping hot. Entrees were filling. Good service. No complaints. Good value.

My wife was looking for gluten free options in our neighborhood and found this restaurant. Although gluten free crepes is an option, the rest of the menu is very traditional Parisian. We ate here 3 times. The first time we thought crepes for dessert only, so we ate elsewhere. Once we saw the menu options for other meals offered, we... More

Our group of five had a selection of sweet and savoury crepes-all of them were absolutely delicious. Throw in the cider and we were very impressed. Lovely place across the road from Van Gogh's house. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was great and the food was just perfect in portion and flavour.

My wife and I ate here 3 times, 3 years ago. We came to see if it was still as good as we remembered. It was better! We had the Crêpe Parisienne, a savory crêpe. The complex herbal overtones were surprising in a "simple" ham, egg, cheese and mushroom crêpe. The salty base carried the aromatics beautifully. Come hungry: this... More

Staying in Montmartre

Neighborhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colors, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
