Friendly faces, great conversation, helpful city tips and absolutely delicious fresh ground coffee. Their bike tours are the best in town, and they brew a great cup, so whether you need a terrific start to the day or a guide for how to spend your...day, this is the place to go.More

Though the Marais neighbourhood is no stranger to cute coffee shops, Le Peloton on Rue du Pont Louis Philippe is a welcome addition with its funky tiled floor and cosy corners. Founded in September 2015 by biking enthusiasts Christian Osburn and Paul Barro, who also...run the tour company Bike About, the space is decorated with colourful bike-themed illustrations, a shelf bearing beans from Belleville Brûlerie, and bright yellow chairs that you’ll recognise easily if you follow all the Parisian Instagrammers in the know. Take a seat at the wooden bar to watch the friendly owners in action or perch on the stools by the window for a great view of the pretty balconies across the street. Our noisette (€3.50) was perfectly balanced, a lovely early morning treat along with a salted caramel doughnut from hip caterer Boneshaker (€4). Le Peloton’s menu also offers homemade sweet and savoury waffles, as well as tarts and cookies made by the popular Mokonuts café.More

I ordered a cup of tea, and sat out on the impromptu terrasse made with a string of bikes -- what else when the café name is Peloton? The waiter asked me if I would like milk with the tea. That is what I call...service. As it was teatime, I shared a slice of banana cake with my friend, who had ordered coffee, which arrived freshly made with a foaming top. I am keen on cycling and teatime treats, so this café has a good combination. The front window is also worth the trip .More

Great coffee bar, with killer homemade waffles. Lots of sweet options for the waffles, but I had food-envy after seeing someone else with the "avocado toast" version. The staff is super friendly, many are native-english speakers. The day we were there, kids and dogs abound....It is quite small, but a wonderful haven in the 4th Arr.More

We were staying nearby and stopped in for waffles and coffee. Yummy both and great people working there. Heard the owner? Explaining about their bike tours - would totally do them if the quality of food and staff here is any indication.

I had a wonderful time in Paris in September 2019. The weather was perfect, warm and sunny but not too hot. The whole vibe of Paris was lively and vivaceous making it a great place to be. Thanks to the then working Metro I was able...to get all over the city and see all the famous places from the Eiffel Tower to the Galleries Lafayette.More
