For us being vegetarian in Paris, we have been forced to start atleast eating eggs as its so difficult to find only vegetarian options without eggs too. We went in July 2020 to BUL on a weekday for a brunch and booked online as was...not sure about rush. Welcoming and friendly staff. Had an option to choose your table, although it was a not crowded at all due to COVID. On the website the restaurant looks a bit big, but its a small restaurant. The lady was ind enough to replace out hot drink with anotther cane juice. Mix of cane juice with orange juice was awesome. Fell in love with the taste. And the buls are kind of falafels those were delicious. Salad has some carrot chips, extremely delicious.More

Food was very good. Nuts butter was very tasty. Highly recommended. Also the little vegetarian balls. The cake was good.

This place is pure magic. A hot meal after a long cold morning. The guy who helped us was very friendly and kind and the gluten free food (everything was gluten free) was amazing. We ate the 10€ menu: three balls, one bowl and one...dip plus a drink each.More

Tonight we had a lovely vegetarian dinner at Bül's. The staff was very caring and the dishes were delicious in all their simplicity. I liked the falafel and the sweet dessert balls with apricot.

I've been coming to Bül now for a year or so, as I live around the corner. This is a beautiful find - there is an understated yet very congenial atmosphere, the food is excellent, as is the coffee and juices. I come here often...to work and think, and it's a real respite from the horrors of Pigalle. Great place.More

Bül is a nice and cozy restaurant situated a couple minutes' walk from Anvers' station. It's quite small but very busy. The staff is very kind, friendly and makes you fell comfortable. Although the menu is written in French, they will help you understand. I...went for the 25€ brunch menu, which is composed of a hot and a cold drink and then two different dishes, one sweet and the other sour, plus a dessert. Everything is gluten free except for a bread variety, but of course it has a gluten free option! Everything was healthy, delicious and beautifully served. If you have a sweet tooth, I advise you to try the sugarcane juice!More

It was not only delicious, but super friendly for Paris standards. Usually service in Paris is a real pain, but here they were super nice and concerned about us. And the juices and smoothies are really awesome! Try the orange and cane, is really good!

In the heart of the 9th district (close to Anvers station) we found by chance this place on sunday. Some points to summarize my scoring : - great location - good design and confortable chairs and even a couch available - good product (I had...the atchoum smoothie which was super) but did not try the meat/vegetables balls which is the house's speciality - Nice people owning this place (a french girl and a egyptian guy) - specialized in sugar cane juice (which i tried during my different trip and quiet good, healthy and pretty uncommon) To improve : - make the smoothie a little bit thicker - make formula and menu (brunch would be a must :) ) I'll come back to you soon.More

I have been there as a celiac last february and they did offer many things gluten free. We bought the daily menu (vegetarian meatballs and regular meatballs) , but my guess is they have much more, both to drink and to eat.
