Very small restaurant (less than 20 seats) but good food. Try the soup-meal or the vegetables noodles for only 8 euros!

My Vietnamese girlfriend and I visited this restaurant the day before yesterday and let me tell you many of the reviewers have no idea about the food. (I’ve lived in Vietnam for over 10 years so I also know a thing or two about Vietnamese...food). First, the waitress and cook are Chinese, not Vietnamese. While I really don’t care as long as the food is good, you can see that they have no idea what is real Vietnamese food (no gyoza is not Vietnamese). Much MUCH worse is that my gf came down with a VERY bad case of food poisoning from their “Pho” Au Beouf (which she said didn’t taste like Pho in the first place.) She’s spent the last two days sick on her back despite taking everything that the nice pharmacist down the street recommended. Anyway, take a look for yourself, see the slovenly appearance of the kitchen and the general condition of the restaurant. If I were French and not a tourist, I’d call the health inspector, hopefully another customer will do so.More

It is a very tiny restaurant near Moulin Rouge and a walking distance from Hotel Darcet where we stayed. Although there are other Vietnamese places nearby we chose this one because the prices seemed reasonable. Menu is simple and we ordered a variety of food....Vermicelli and Pho were delicious. We also ordered appetizers and young coconut drinks. The owners were very attentive. If you need to use the toilet you would be ushered to (what I think is their home) a just down a few doors. The toilet is clean and located in a small courtyard. I would not go here just to eat here when in Paris but if you are in the neighborhood this place is highly recommended.More

Found this place in TripAdvisor as we are staying at Ibis Montmatre and try to find good Southeast Asia food. This is a tiny Vietnamese restaurant but the Pho is really good. Price also relatively cheap in the area.

This tiny Vietnamese restaurant and takeaway offers a very simple, no-frills service. The surroundings are basic but the food arrived quickly and was delicious. Pho 20 is obviously popular with local residents, judging by the busy takeaway counter and the groups of people eating and...chatting at other tables. Our food arrived really fast, tasted delicious, portions were generous and it was very well-priced for Paris. Not glamorous, not fine-dining, just really tasty food and good value for money.More

After being in France for a while, I had a huge craving for pho and was happy to find Pho 20 (or Pho Vingt, as it's written on Google Maps) in Paris. There are only 16 seats inside, so it is small, but it is...perfect for a warm, tasty meal at an affordable price. I had a big bowl of beef pho and a soda for about 10 euro. Anyone who has been to Paris knows it can be hard to find things that are both tasty and affordable, and I was glad to find that here. The owners are very nice, as well.More

The pho here is pretty good, and it's fast and friendly. Only a few tables to sit, but takeout is quick too. Good pho, reasonably priced.

Small, cheap, no frills, but very, tasty pho! They had fresh ingredients, helpful, kind staff and the place seemed to be popular among locals. We visited on a rainy night, so this was the perfect comfort food. I just wish they had fresh jalapenos, but...I'm not sure if they have those in Paris. ::shrug::More

My wife and I love Pho Soup! She developed a cold and there is nothing better than this steamy, rich broth filled with meat and vegetables. We were the only non-Vietnamese in the restaurant and were warmly welcomed. I had some difficulty understanding the owners...very accented French but it all worked out well!More

I wonder why there are so many good reviews on this restaurant. We took a taxi there just for this but how disappointing! It’s so Chinese! If you want Vietnamese food or pho, no need to go there.

This is a very good, simple Vietnamese restaurant. Quick, inexpensive and good food, made with fresh ingredients. As many reviewers have said, the Pho soup is a highlight, although we preferred the straight beef Pho to the "Pho special" with meatballs. However the fried spring...rolls, gyoza dumplings (Vietnamese?) and rice paper rolls were also very good. If you are looking for a quick, fresh, tasty and inexpensive meal in this part of Paris, we highly recommend Pho 20More

I am from china, like the food very much. Very fresh and deliciouse. It locates in the city center, it is 10 minutes walk from LaFayette.glad to recommend it. 好吃,地道越南米粉,老火牛骨汤底,服务特好。离老佛爷也很近。

Can only agree with the glowing reviews, Pho 20 (or Pho Vingt as it is written sometimes) at Rue de Clichy is top notch. We stayed down the street at Hotel R de Paris and found this place on our first evening there. The pho...(chicken/mixed w/meatballs) were so tasty and fresh that we decided to return only 2 days later. Lots of flavors, huge portions and excellent value would be enough to make us return but the staff was also very friendly and relaxed, made us feel at home at this ,ittle place, barely more than a hole-in-the-wall. On the second visit we also tried their bobun, also fresh, tasty and well prepared but it was not as exceptional as the pho.More

Stumbled upon this place when we were visiting Paris last year - May 2014. We love pho, and being from California, we have hundreds of Pho restaurants. So we thought we would give it a try. It was outstanding!! The freshest and tastiest pho we...had ever had. We kept going back. It's a big bowl and the price is great. I came back to Paris this year April 2015 and brought two more friends to this place. They thought the same thing. Best they had ever tasted. It was closed one day and so we tried another pho place nearby. We were disappointed as it wasn't even close to the same quality and freshness.More

This Chicken Pho is so fresh and amazing! We had some elsewhere in Paris and it didn't even come close. I was getting sick as well so the Pho was just what I needed. They serve so much I brought home the rest for the...next day when I was definitely sick.More
