Went on a Sunday evening. Had a reservation. Place was packed, with many people standing waiting for tables. Everyone seemed to be from the neighborhood and know everyone else. Only heard French. No English. Lots of tables of friends. Basic burger, steak menu, but had...More

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. A bit far from city center but it was worth the ride. If you're looking for a kosher place you will enjoy the place

Our friends, who are regulars, took us here and it was the perfect choice for us. Proper, old fashioned French bistro cooking, with funky decor and friendly staff. Just disappointed the foie gras wasn't on menu the night we were there. Next time....

After choosing Les Galopins almost at random, I'm glad I did. It's compact and busy (certainly at the weekend), but the food is excellent and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, albeit a bit stressed when we were there. It has the atmosphere of an...More
