Tasty cozy Italian restaurant

I have eaten dinner here 3 times because it offered good food, was near my hotel, and it was easy to get a table. Most of the staff speak some English, and an Italian menu is universal so it was always easy to order. I also enjoyed the Italian wine selections. Table availability and service can... read more

We were in Paris for 1 week and every morning we would wonder around to try and find a place to eat breakfast. Not that easy unless you wanted sickly sweet pastries every day. Food was great and plentiful, service was excellent and coffee was good. ( that's important). One of the best breakfasts of our week.

We had a reservation on a Sunday at 1PM. When we arrived our table had been given to a French politician (with limousine and police car protection) an ex prime minister was also there. After 25mn of wait and no attention whatsoever we decided to go elsewhere. So I cannot comment on the food.

For our first trip to Paris we wanted to try french cuisine but also wanted 1 dinner that was not necessarily "french". I did a lot of research on restaurants and Marco Polo kept popping up for Italian cuisine. I wanted to make as many reservations as I could in advance but was unable to reserve online for this restaurant.... More

This is one of our "go to" places in Paris. A change from French food. Mr. Albano is so welcoming and makes you feel like a regular customer instead of just an average tourist. Love the tomato & mozzarella salad and all the pastas are traditional.

We came here on our honeymoon for dinner and loved it. The staff was kind and multi lingual. The food is really fantastic, I had risotto with mushrooms and my husband had linguini with truffles. They were both to die for! I highly recommend coming here.

We were staying just a few blocks away after a return trip from CA. Decided to try this place and really happy. Located in the St. Germain Arrondissement, it is a treasure. Staff is suffer, food not to be compared, and in fact the best meal from a 21 day trip. Please try this place, reservations are recommended in that... More

Lovely meal in great location for our first night in Paris. Food very nice, the Scallopini Marco Polo was especially delicious. Friendly attentive waitress. We were there early (7pm) so managed to get a table. Bookings recommended as it's very popular

We always dine at Marco Polo when we are in Paris. We look forward to their fresh food and multi lingual servers. On our latest trip we were quite disappointed in the service and in the food. FYI this restaurant is very popular with the French as evidenced by how they are warmly greeted when the arrive. I ordered the... More

This is an Italian restaurant with a French touch. The food is excellent and the wait staff is very concerned with customer service. The antipasto is generous and varied with a very tasty marinated onion. Main course was pasta with a spicy sausage sauce will have us trying to replicate it our own home. A nice offering of Italian wines... More
