We stopped there for lunch on Saturday. The place was reasonably full. 2 really large salads compose and a small carafe of wine came to 30 euro. Very tasty food. I'd recommend the place.

Great place and busy during the night. Packed and wait for a seat on two levels. Tasty food and plenty of choices and enjoyable with friends.

Second visit. First was very pleasant. Obviously too much guest, so they do not need to care about them anymore. Food still good, but treated really unfriendly.

I met a friend for lunch. Very central location near the Grands Boulevards. Really friendly staff. Nice ambiance. A little bit crowdy and the tables are quite near to eachother. Good choice between menu or "à la carte". Very good salades in French style. I missed a little bit of sauce for my tuna but it was good quality. One... More

This is a busy, popular place. Not very big but seating outside in good weather . The duck confit was one of the best I've had. Duck seems to be the big attraction here. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly . Are here twice on our visit .

Found it last week when walking in search of a restaurant. Took a look at the menu and seemed a bit expensive. The name, the deco and everything else attracted us anyways, we took a deeperp look and we saw there was so much choice. Decided to have "oeufs pochés with blue cheese" and "saucisse de toulouse" and both plates... More

You certainly won't be hungry when you leave! The food is so tasty particularly the potatoes! Try the country style veal! Really good!

Great place, obviously not the best restaurant in Paris but a solid 9 out of 10. Would describe it as French country seeming to specialize in meat and potatoes. The steak was fantastic , perfectly cooked. We also ordered one of their huge salads with no meat and it was equally delicious.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
