This restaurant was highly recommened, but also told it was pricey. I don't mind paying for good food.. Wine selection good, ambience is average, services was a bit better than the Paris Norm, food was abysmal.. Why destroy a Sole fish with cakes of butter...More

If you want French attitude, this is the place for you. We had heard such wonderful things and could not have been more disappointed.

Please note! This restaurant was closed since January 2012 for a strong renovation and a new concept....They are re-opening the doors on May 15. A wine Brasserie unique in Paris I believe!Yummy Can't wait to go back and discover the new venue!

We were treated to this restaurant by some very generous friends. I understand it is a "shadow restaurant" of a Michelan 3 Star chef and certainly presents as a top class venue. The decor was warm, comfortable and top drawer. The waiter service was professional...More

Choosing the menu prestige from "The Fork" allowed for a great value and complete dinning experience. Solid service along with the well structured meal (great lamb dish) excellent dessert. A nice meal and great value.

The sole attraction of the restaurant was the wine, which was very very good. The service was fairly poor for a "nice" restaurant-- serving the wrong dishes to people, etc. Decor was somewhat tacky. The food, however, was abysmal, and absolutely unworthy of the money....More

I love dining in Paris. I've eaten at some of the 3 star Michelin places, I also love the small places, the cafe, bistros, brasseries, etc. I speak French. I read good things about L'angle. It sounds like a good concept, the stamp of approval...More

When your get terrific food at a one-star restaurant in Paris, that's what one expects. When two people can talk with a good sommelier and get a wide variety of wines by the glass, that's unusual and terrific. When the bill is $300 for the...More
