Don't be afraid by the waiting line and come in to enjoy one of the best place in Paris for Udon. If you like to enjoy it in a smoother way, try the Kunitoraya 2 in the same street. Wonderful old style bistrot with a delicate service.

I went alone for a dinner around 8pm. Waited for 10 min outside, and was not cold because you have a heater above. Someone had a problem eating alone, but I did not. I sat alone and never had to move. I had a glass of beer(comes with FOC edamame), hiyayakko(cold tofu) and warm tempura udon and it was 30... More

The food is good, the portions a bit on the small side and slightly over-priced, the Tempura at 20 euro is very expensive for what it is. The big disappointment with this place is the air-conditioning, you come out stinking of fried food, really stinking like you live in a fish and shop. I do not think I have eaten... More

The area has many udon restaurants but on a Sunday only a few are open. We went early but still had to queue. Supposedly one of the best and they really were. We shared a Katsudon, an Udon with tempura and an Udon with duck all washed down with a Kirin Beer. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the tempura... More

We were tired of eating heavy french fare, so we found this place by looking for the longest line in the neighborhood. Simple menu with good tasting well prepared items.

Really enjoyed this place ! Nice functional area, located off the main streets. Limited choice but a great choice of dishes - freshly made. Good music - a bit jazzy - loved it

Trendy and unique in its kind in the interior design. The dishes are very tasty as they use high quality ingredients (well I think so). The main downsize is the portion which is very small compared to what you can find in the neighborhood / same kind of restaurants. Also, the price is a bit more expensive than the nearby... More

Had heard a lot about this small/casual place - Kunitoraya. Walked all the way from louvre to this place for lunch and was worth it. The hot udon shrimp tempura noodles were awesome little steep in the pocket though but good enough to last for couple of hours. We also tried the chicken and egg rice which was decent better...
