Lovely staff, just ok food. Seafood was fair, tapas same. Nothing bad and nothing special. Lovely to sit outside on a warm night. Inside is too hot so wait for an outdoor table of you so come.

We had a lovely Paella . And some excellent tiny fried anchovies, grilled Prawns and a couple of other lovely Tapas. The place was awfully crowded in the evening and clearly a favourite of locals and visiting Spaniards.

That's really all I need to say! I love this place, I went there twice during my week in Paris. The staff was very friendly and the wine/sangria options were amazing and at a great price. Definitely worth checking out!

A noisy but atmospheric tapas place, perfect for a casual lunch. The service was attentive, the food good enough without being special.

Description
Fancy something different? For a change of ambiance and to plunge into the atmosphere of a "bodega" from Madrid, head on over to the "Caves Saint-Gilles", an authentic Spanish bistro located in the Marais district of Paris, near the famous Place des Vosges and Picasso Museum. With its traditional tiled walls and colourful Spanish posters, the Caves Saint-Giles has a large bar where in true Spanish bistro style you can enjoy the "Sangria de la casa" or sample some of the many Spanish wines on offer whilst waiting for your table or simply enjoy an aperitif. Come and savour the typical hot and cold tapas, fresh fried calamari, meat and fishes, calamari, cuttlefish, gambas grilled a la plancha, Pata Negra Salamanca ham and chorizo, Paella served on saturdays, sundays and holidays, spanish cheeses, postres, ice-creams and nougats.
