We were attracted from the outside by the busy lively vibe emanating from this restaurant.  Service was  good and food appeared quickly. Sadly the quality of the meagre servings were poor. There are plentry of of far better alternatives nearby...dont waste your time and money

I am afraid I have not noticed if it is or not. But the restrooms are one flight downstairs.
