Great food that came quickly in a quirky basement near our hotel. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

This restaurant is very exiting: they try new and innovative combinations and a few of the courses was a little bit to weird for me, but the ones that they got right were mind blowing. I really recommend this place if you want to try something new. The atmosphere was a bit crowded and load.

I had very high hopes about this restaurant as I had it recommended from a friend of mine who is very interested in food as well. Although the food was very well made and tasted very good I was slightly disappointed - there was something missing and I could not put my finger on what it was. I would, however,... More

My husband and I ate here a couple of nights ago on the recommendation of our hotel concierge. We were utterly blown away. There is a different fixed menu (and no other options) each night (60 Euros), with a wine pairing option (65 Euros). On the night we went the menu consisted of 5 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts.... Our last meal in Paris after a brief trip. Friendly informative staff, nice vibe and creative tasting menu. Really interesting flavor combinations. They can also accommodate allergies without skipping a beat.

I first came here when it open 10 years ago and have been a couple of times since and like the inventive, without being flamboyant, cooking style. The menu is the menu and you take what comes, this actually works better than it sounds as it is well balanced. Appetizers such as the whole fried small shrimps were excellent and... More

For a restaurant with such a reputation it has a surprisingly, but welcome, relaxed atmosphere. This is not at the expense of service though. The service is of top end white tablecloth standard. Empty plates are on your table for minutes only. The staff all spoke better English than my haltering french. The food though is naturally the star. One... More

Incredible dinner I had, I was sitting at the bar, the food was outstanding in general and the service was just incredible. They really looked after me. Creativity well executed by Chef Aizpitarte, Raspberry Cebiche really blow my mind. And what I loved about the service is they are very approachable with a taught of freedom and still very professional.

Menu changes every night. We went for the complete tasting for two pax; included like 7+ wines and 7+ courses. Everything was lovely! My favorite wine (of the ones we had there) comes from grapes grown inside a volcano, couldn't understand exactly where. We really liked the shot of mezcal followed by a shot of ceviche 10/10. Paid around €330... More

You have to book ahead for this place. It's full almost everyday. There's only one set in the daily menu and you will be asked by the server whether you want to see the menu first to know what you will be served or want it as a surprise. After that things flow efficiently. The dishes are quite progressive, so... More
