Just eaten here tonight and could honestly say this was the worst restaurant I've visited. Food was average at best, though to be fair, it was plentiful. However the problem was with the service, the attitude of the man taking orders was appalling, not once were we asked if we'd require more drinks despite having to wait 45 mins for... More

What a great little restaurant with real authentic Italian food. The appetizer, pasta and dessert were amazing! Our server Gabriel was very friendly and owner of the restaurant! Thanks for a great meal and evening!

This is a lovely place with great pasta and friendly service. It is amazing how they manage to find you a table and squeeze you with other visitors and yet within minutes you notice nothing but great vibe and great food. We had an enjoyable dinner, and a very reasonably priced one.

We were out for dinner and just happened on this place. The seating is typical french bistro as in...hope you enjoy your neighbours because you will pretty much be having dinner with them. Honestly, after a few minutes, you become oblivious to fellow diners sitting so close to you...on either side. The food was great, served up hot and fresh.... More

Staff was very friendly and patient with these non-French speakers. The caprese salad was delicious, more like a salad. It had capers, anchovies, olives and greens along with the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. Then we had linguine with scallops. The scallops were tender and the broth rich though it needed a little extra salt. They comp'd us each a glass... More

We had an amazing dinner, the atmosphere was very cozy and the food was excellent. One of the waiters, the tall one speaks good English and made our night much easier and catered for our dietary requirements. Highly recommend

We wandered into this restaurant on our first night in Paris and are so glad we did! We were happy to find some of the staff spoke English and the owner did as well. She spent some time with us sharing about the menu and specials. The service was excellent. Food was wonderful. We had the mushroom risotto, the ravioli... More

We had dinner tonight at Little Italy and grabbed a table at the front so we could enjoy the people watching! The waiter (from New York) was great and kept us supplied with water and great bread! I was a bit disappointed with my choice of a veal masala dish as the sauce was not quite up to my expectations... More

As a tourist visiting Paris, I was looking for a menu which also included English. I also wanted to have pasta for dinner. The restaurant seems to be a perfect choice. However, the staff there didn't seem to speak English, even they know how to speak. I didn't feel welcomed so I quickly had my dinner then departed. Overall, the... More

Description
It is not any more only in New York but also in Paris, street Montorgueil. We eat there very well, in the beautiful outside(terrace) days, among a young and trendy clientele of the district. Always crowded and noisy, we wait at the counter until the tight tables release themselves. For those who do not need a peace to eat well. A simple and pleasant cooking.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
