Had a great evening at Pershing Hall. The food was quite good - ordered the black cod which was cooked perfectly. Additionally, the ambience of this place is fantastic. The only drawback was that the service was just a little below the standards that you would expect for a restaurant of this level. Would I go back? Probably so as... More

Huge and grand place. The design is very trendy and the service is excellent. The bar is quite nice and you can sit by the "balcony"(indoor), which overlooks the ground floor. Would def. return.

It is the 3rd time in 2 years. The design is quite nice. A patio surrounded by balconies where you can a business or a romantic dinner. The staff is stylish and exclusively feminine. But I found that along the years their smiles have progressively disappeared... but they are still very good looking. Now the food... sorry guys but you... More

We were seated on the second level which I'd not been to before, the view was lovely, it was of the garden wall Pershing Hall is famous for. However, the problem with where we sat was that the rest of the restaurant seem to use this second level balcony as a smoking corner. For 2 non-smokers, this was very unpleasant.... More

We were a group of dozen people who had gone for a business dinner at Pershing Hall. It is a beautiful place with an amazing retractable roof. Food was great with a good variety of drinks and cocktails. Service was fast (considering the number of people). The restaurant was totally full and we could see people waiting outside to get... Great late dinner spot in paris. if downstairs in the courtyard is fully booked up I recommend going upstairs to have a view of the live natural wall as a back drop for dinner. The food is great from the breadbasket to dessert. It has a great ambiance and definitely worth the visit

This restaurant is really "cool" with a dramatically lit vertical garden on one wall of an open area with small balconies with private tables surrounding above, and a second floor dining room dramatically lit in Red. The food is pricey and the servings small but the menu is creative with somewhat of an Asian flair. The later night finds this... More

Description
Pershing Hall is a great restaurant in Paris found in the East Quarter and offers a wonderful ambience during both the day and night. The pretty open air patio (complete with a glass roof for colder times) designed by Patrick Blanc is perfect for breakfasts and business lunches in the sunshine and transforms into a cool bar lounge area from 6pm, a haven for the hip and trendy of the city. The kitchen serves up a seasonal menu which is continually changing and combines traditional French recipes with those from around the world. The wine list is well chosen and features a wide choice from many major wine producing regions of France as well as some rather rare vintages too. Pershing Hall's ambience depends on the time of day: breakfast time is a peaceful time of day whereas lunchtimes become more buzzy and evenings offer a more fun ambience. Sundays play host to a superb buffet brunch between 11.30am and 4.30pm. Enjoy the sounds of the DJ in the lounge bar during the evenings where a large choice of fine champagnes are on offer alongside a great cocktail list and snack menu.
