Been here before which is how I rated it. It is, however, closed for renovations. You can always go to the Relais d'Entrecote on Rue Marbeuf. No difference between the two.

This restaurant is the authentic experience of "old-timey" Paris dining. There is not reservations, there is just one dish and the waitresses will be cunningly superior with you (without being arrogant). I often take out of town friends to the Relais and have never had to complain. The entrecote and sauce goes without saying. What actually tops it off is... More

We have been customers for a very long time and usually visit when we are in Paris. We knew that they closed for a whole month during the summer so we checked their website to see if they closed in July or August 2016, it did not say that the restaurant closes in July and other website said that it... God I love this place! Everything about it! Have to say though even though I totally get that there is no menu and there is only one real choice here- which is - how do you like the temperature of your meat. All that being said- the server we had just really turned us off. After 30 minutes plus of... More

Classic French brassiere with one type of meal - steak, frites (fries potatoes), and lettuce & walnut salad tossed with a dressing made from the spicy mustard served with the meat. Delicious and filling meal. Eat half the meat and lots of frites while your other half remains on the serving platter keeping warm. Then you are served the rest... More

Good steak, good sauce, very friendly & efficient staff, crowded, far too warm in side, quieing, factory approach. Pretty expensive for what you get, but who blames them, there is no reservation system and day after day people are quieing outside to get in. 1 dish only (steak with the so called 'secret sauce' and French fries), with a medicore... We had the privilege of traveling to Paris with good friends and paid a visit, (as we always do) to Le Relais de l' Venise L Entrecôte. There is but one item on the main menu, steak. You tell them how you'd like it cooked and then the fun begins. Our waitress was so attentive and a real veteran, she'd... More

Do not ask for the Menu, if you enter this cosy restaurant-bistrot, after possibly one hour queue outside, it means you know what to expect: a nice salad as apetiser, and "entrecôte" with "frites", in 2 servings, with "sauce maison". Miam ! Desserts are on top of that, and you can pick your choice.. It is a nice experience. The... More

Don´t worry if you have to queue and wait für 15 min. You´ll be compensated by one standard dish - an excellent entrecôte - served with an excellent sauce - with tasty french fries. Place to go again - definitely.

Awfull dinner, medriocre food, crammed and crowded place. And the worst part they accept dogs inside the restaurant, my wife had to dine with a dog laying in the same seat as hers, less than 40 cm of her plate....do not recommend to anyone, i've been really surprised by the evaluation trip advisor had of this place... I only gave... More
