Same meal is served to all but you decide on the way your like your steak cooked, star with a salad with walnuts and then wait for your entrecote to come just the way you like it...it is served in 2 servings so that the meat and sauce are always hot as are the best fries ever. The dessert list... More

The meal is set and its done well. You can't book, it opens at 7pm (I think) you queue up and get seated as and when a place is available and you should not be surprised to be sat on a table with other diners and equally, to be packed in tight! As there is one thing on the menu... More

This was the second steak frites restaurant we visited in Paris. I liked the sauce and mustard better at this one, however it is VERY crowded and they rush you a bit, as they are clearly trying to turn over the tables. There was a running line outside while we were there. Again, this is a prix fixe menu. Our... More

We lived nextdoor for many years and had many wonderful diners at l'entrecôte. We went back for a weekend and had lunch there. It still has its attracting power to locals and tourists. The quality remains high. The prices haven't changed. A true pearl in magical Paris. The only thing is that the iron doorlady seems to have retired. That's... More

A colleague recommended as it's his favourite restaurant in Paris and I can see why! In the evening it opens at 7:30 so it's best to start queueing from 7:10 to get in the first wave. No menu - just how well cooked do you want your steak which is served in two portions so it doesn't get cold and... More

Every time I go to Paris, this place is on my agenda. They only serve one meal, slices of steak with the magic green sauce and homemade french fries. You can not reserve tables. Doors open at 12 for lunch and all seats are taken 10 minutes later. So better be early if you don't want to miss this epic... More

A well seasond lettuce salad, amazing steak frites and a well performed profiteroles for a dessert. All in a reasonable price, authentic french restaurant feel and great service.

Every time I'm in Paris, I come here. The lines are long, the food is always the same and the service is good. I love knowing that my steak will be yummy, I'll have decently priced, good wine, I'll be packed in next to other happy diners and get some great profiteroles for desert. If you like steak and fries... More

In the middle of no where, you have to get there early and queue to get in. The tables are tiny and the staff don't speak anything but French. THE BEST STEAKS I'VE EVER EATEN. I can't overstate this, this is the best steakhouse in Paris. The prices are cheap the food is amazing and the service is quick. My... More
