Really nice cafe with a beautiful variety of Lebanese and Mediterranean food. I loved the green olives with typical bread that were offered The location is excelente and the home made desert are special, my favorite is the Baklava. The owner is super friendly and he made me feel home and welcome.

We really enjoyed our meal here. The starter for sharing had many interesting flavours - smoky baba ganoush, minty tomato and spinach salad, cinnamon meatball, creamy hummus, salty feta and spinach pasty and fresh salad. We both chose the stuffed aubergine special - sometimes eating in Paris can leave you craving vegetables! The ambience is cosy and eclectic. The patron is welcoming and friendly. This is not the finest dining but good value and good for vegetarians.

Ate here last night as we fancied a Middle Eastern meal. Best decision we made since arriving in Paris a week ago. Every thing about the food was simply lovely, from the outstanding falafels and taboulleh we shared to start, to our mains of kefta and lamb skewers served with rice and salad. The wine was excellent and very reasonably priced, and the homemade profiteroles were top drawer. It’s a beautiful and funky little place and Richard, the owner, is a real gent and raconteur with great taste in music - Van Morrison & Richard Thompson included. Can’t wait for our next trip to Paris and our next meal at the Savannah.

Where to begin? The food is fresh, fine, and fabulous! Our table of five couldn’t resist tasting the delectably delightful dishes that kept coming out of the soul kitchen. From mezzes to vegetarian curry, from grilled lamb to stuffed eggplant, we spent the evening with Richard, the most amiable restauranteur and wait staff on our three-week trip to Paris. Walk through the front door to enjoy the eclectic decor and coolness during a heat wave. You’ll be glad you did!

My partner and I visited Paris in March 2022 and had the opportunity to pop into this lovely restaurant. The food was awesome, good portions and great flavours but it was made better by how friendly the service was throughout our dinner. We were lucky that we went in when it was quite quiet so the service naturally felt very personal and we had a really good chat with the gent who I believe owned the restaurant, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. Definitely give this a go if in the area.

This is a lovely little restaurant with a great ambience, lots of fun trinkets to look at, and really friendly staff. We were quite late for our booking because of a delay on the metro but were still made to feel very welcome. Best of all was the food. We had a mixed mezze to start - fantastic babaganuj! - and then shared lamb skewers with pomegranate and a beef and lamb kefta, which was the best we'd ever had. We finished with mahalabia, a delicious milk pudding with pistachio and orange blossom. We'll be back next time we're in Paris!

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is good. The staff was really friendly and helpful, they helped us chose with our dishes and which wines fitted with these. The (presumably) owner was very caring we enjoyed to chat with him, the food is very authentic.

Absolute Winner in the Latin Quarter for fresh and affordable Lebanese food. I had the appetizer sampler and it was awesome.
The bonus is the owner Richard loves satisfying his customers and after 5 minutes talking to him you feel like he is a long lost friend.

Thank you, Richard, for the most magical evening! We were so lucky to wander up to this tiny gem at just the right moment to get the last unreserved table for 2. (MAKE RESERVATIONS!) We quickly realized how fortunate we were as the cafe filled. Lebanese cuisine is special to us because of a dear friend, and the food at Savannah did not disappoint. Beautiful, fresh, flavorful. Plus the atmosphere is fun, relaxed, and romantic. Up to this point of our trip, I was having a fine time, but it was finding this place that made me realize what a truly special place Paris is, devoted to food as a celebration of life and culture. I simply cannot say enough about how special our evening was. We can't wait to visit again.

The food was incredible, the service was even better; cannot say enough nice things about this place. All of the food was outstanding but the baba gaboush and grilled chicken were the stars of the meal. Definitely come for a delicious and delightful meal!

A really welcoming spot. Excellent food, good range for vegetarians (not a feature in Paris), and very helpful to one of our party who needs gluten-free food. No fuss, just clear helpful guidance through the menu. Service was watchful, without being suffocating. A personal interest in the clients. The atmosphere was one of a local restaurant in an otherwise, somewhat touristy area. The wine list was small, but interesting with very good Lebanese wines that are not widely known. The price of the food and wine represented good value.

We had diner there and enjoyed our diner in between libanese starters and a very good piece of meat. The service is very good and we can feel that Richard has lived his childhood in Africa, reason why there is that Savanah decoration in his place. After this he moved to Liban and then came back to France 😀 Thank you Richard and the team for the trip !!! Cheers from your Belgian friends from Liege !

Enjoyed a superb meal with the family. We had the meze, slightly customized due to my allergies. It was fantastic with authentic flavors. The Lebanese wine was also very good. And on of that we got super friendly service. Strongly recommended!

We visited Savannah on Saturday night , having made an online reservation. Visiting from Scotland, Richard made us feel so welcome - he is an excellent host. The food , wine and ambience were all excellent - our best dining experience - thank you.
