This was a top-five restaurant visit in my entire life. The food was spectacular, The service the same and the atmophere was fantastic. Harold is one of the most generous restauranteur I've ever met.

The food was marvelous, from succulent scallops to first rate boeuf Rossini to amazing crepes suzette. The family produced champaign and cognac and orange liquor add perfect accompaniment to the fine food. Moreover the service was warm, personal and attentive. Must return!

The kitchen staff remains under the direction of Philippe Mercier who has been in the position for Established in 1959 by Paul Chene chef cuisinier by training, and located in the heart of the Trocadero district of Paris, the restaurant 'Paul Chene' is recognized as an institute of traditional French cuisine. The high standards set by Paul Chene as a celebration of regional products and exceptional quality of service is perpetuated by its owner Harold Audouin.
