I took two friends to Le Villaret for dinner. It was close to their home, and they knew they liked it. The menu had many familiar dishes — I went with the unfamiliar ones: Cockle and Knife Shellfish, Wild Duck with Pears and Endives, and...More

We read an article on timeout and they mentioned this restaurant, so we thought we would give it a try. We booked for 7pm on a Saturday evening and thankfully we did as by 8.15pm, the place was full. We ordered the three course meal...More

You have done Paris up right and are looking for a very good, local dining experience this is the place. It was one of our best all around meals in Paris. A three course experience where everything was spot on. The main of cod and...More

We enjoyed our best meal in Paris at this small restaurant near our hotel. Every dish was well thought out with local seasonal ingredients. Very interesting wine cellar that you can see through the glass block floor.

Had an excellent meal here in central Paris- the set menu at 39 euros included an amuse bouche and the dishes were original and well proportioned. The staff were welcoming and accommodating to our family group which included two children (adventurous eaters but they kept...More

Nice environment, but that's it. The ingredients are not fresh, too salted and covered with garlic. Too much spices are frequently an indication for poor quality ingredients. We had a skate (raie) that was too salty (possibly a salted skate ?), hard and dry. The...More

They serve good french dishes with a good selection of wines. A place where you will also find Parisiens going out for dinner. Not cheap but quality comes at a price!

Half of our group ordered the chicken dish. One got the white meat and the other the dark meat. It didn't matter because both servings, when cut into, found the chicken to be blood red inside. The owner stopped by as the dishes were placed...More

If you google the restaurant you'll see the menu. I can't see anything vegetarian amongst the mains, but they'd probably put something together for you if you ask.
