The best Authentic Tartare recipe in the area. Good lunch formulas with a variety of french and international dishes. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the 7th.

Very authentic French atmosphere. The table to the left of us had a local set of Parisian friends and we were amazed how much they spoke while they drank. The hosts were friendly towards my 4 and 8 year old and accommodated our requests. Good value for the price and a good set of combination pri fix options. The view... More

Our apartment was a short walk front his restaurant, so after a huge day seeing the sights with our 13 and 10 year old, decided to be kind to ourselves and have dinner at the 'local'. My husband and I had the $19.50 plat: he had the smoked salmon and tagliatelle (the best dish) and chocolat mousse (the best dessert);... More

We were in Paris for Euro 2016 and decided to try to find a typical Parisian restaurant. Wandering near the National Assembly we chanced on Le Square. As it was raining we went inside, though the awnings would have been wide enough to keep us dry. The welcome was friendly. We had the 19.50 entree and plat. The portions were... More

We stopped in for a late lunch after checking into our hotel. The food was nice and the service good. We enjoyed the outdoor seating on a nice day.

This little café was a very nice experience. Very friendly staff. We had a afternoon coffee, a beer and a creme brulée. The café is away from the big streets next to a little park with a playground.

We found Le Square on a walking tour around Rue St Dominique. We were impressed with our choice and enjoyed escargot, canard and creme brulee with a very good red wine for Eu80. A really enjoyable experience, after which we had a leisurely walk home.

I was drawn to this place by its lovely location opposite a park in a square, hence the name. The waiter looked very disappointed when we arrived on a cold Monday night in January, with out a booking. He said we could sit in the lower completely empty half of the restaurant at the worst table. We asked to sit... More

I ducked into here for lunch while strolling through the 7th Arrondissement, because I was hungry. The man behind the bar greeted me without a hint of a smile and demanded to know, in an unpleasant manner, whether I had come to eat or drink. He then yelled to a woman to assist me and said, "English." This brusque attitude... More
