Very well placed when you have been feeding your soul with great art at the Musee d'Orsay, the Louvre or the Musee du L'Orangerie. Can be found very close by and has an excellent fixed price lunch, and a glass of wine or some water included. Big menu item is of course the souffle, and all the ones that we... More

My girlfriend and I came here for a romantic dinner that would be a little different and were not disappointed. The souffle's were (kind of obviously) brilliant and surprisingly filling. I can't quite fathom how they got so much flavour into them, particularly the Beef Bourguignon which was incredible. The staff were fantastic and we saw the owner come out... More

Found on Tripadvisor we chose to eat here because of its excellent reputation and as it seemed a little different. It was walking distance from the hotel and whilst it was busy on the first night of our stay, we booked to return the following night. We chose the all souffle menu and were not disappointed. The starter was a... More

We were staying nearby and saw how full this little place was every night. Made reservations and gave it a try. Wow! We were not disappointed in the meal, in fact we were pleasantly surprised by the flavors and complexities that a Souffle could hold. Truly a "must do" when in Paris!

I have never before been to a Soufflé speciality restaurant and this was a delightful experience. There are a few similar restaurants in Paris but this one is located off the Rue de Rivoli near the Place de la Concorde so is right in the middle of the fashionable district. It is a small boutique style restaurant with a main... More

I have wanted to try this place for YEARS! and my god did it live up to expectations. For starters I had haddock and artichoke souffle which was delicious. Next I had the beef bourgeon souffle which was just divine and it comes with a little gravy boat of additional jus and beef that you pour in. This was truly... More

Wow. This place was amazing amazing amazing. They have the best soufflé I have ever had in my life. It's in a really cute restaurant as well and the service is excellent! They have a lunch menu which is €29 for a salad, main course, and dessert. I got the chicken mushroom cheese soufflé for my main and a chocolate... More

An interesting restaurant with lots of choices of sweet and savoury souffles. My friend and I ordered different ones to try. I would recommend ordering ones that have stronger flavoured fillings for savoury ones. Sweet ones were excellent. Had the rum and cream one. Also very reasonably priced.

Le Souffle is not the home of the innovative French cuisine. But if you dream for a traditional souffle sweet of salty with reasonable prices that is where you may stop and try. Well served, fast execution and a simple menu make this place an enjoyable location for foreigners not that well used to have as many souffle options in... More
