We did the prix fix soufflé menu. We enjoyed both the seafood and chicken with mushrooms. For desert, the chocolate soufflé was our favorite. Nice, reasonable priced wine list. The Sancere was excellent.

We were in Paris to celebrate our honeymoon and the Le Souffle was very well recommended by a French friend and by the Lonely Planet guide. We went the first night without a reservation and of course no tables were avaliable, and then we made a reservation for the next evening - and it was one of the most intelligent... More

While in Paris we wanted to enjoy soufflé that's properly prepared, and we found this little gem thanks to all fellow TA reviewers. We went on a cool, rainy early afternoon for lunch. The puréed carrot soup as starters warmed us up right the way. The beef bourguignon soufflé was sumptuous, tender and rich in flavors. The raw scallop tartlet... More

My wife and I visited on our first night in Paris. Dinner Soufflés were good but the chocolate and vanilla /almond/ toffee deserts were incredible.

If you want a soufflé for starter, main course and dessert then this place is a winner! The food was pretty great if surprisingly filling and it lacked a certain something but one thing's for sure, they do a cracking soufflé. The staff were OK and it was kinda fun watching them walking into each other (the serving area is... More

I had the tomato and basil, with tomato sauce, and Pistachio with Chocolate Sauce, and my husband the chicken and mushroom, and Grand Marnier, souffles. They were so delicious. Mine melted divinely in my mouth. What wonderful treats. The restaurant is on a very minor street but so worth the search.

First visit to Paris. First souffle. Read Le Souffle had the best. Arrived around 7:30pm without a reservation. Friendly Monsieur told us availability at 9:30pm. We went back at 9:30 & were seated immediately. We ordered a nice French Rouge wine, salmon with spinach souffle, Henry IV souffle & chocolate souffle for dessert. Our Unfriendly French speaking server did a... More

Wonderful souffles but too much for all three courses. I did a small soufflé as a starter and had duck for a main course. The food was very good as was the service. Very efficient and polite wait staff.

I did not expect to enjoy this restaurant as much as I did! I was sort of expecting it to be over rated, but the soufflés and everything else we ordered were delicious! The menu offers a good amount of variety, so I think everyone would find something here! This is place is a MUST for your trip to Paris!

This was our fourth trip to Paris and our third trip to Le Souffle. OK, the concept could be seen by some as kitchy. But, the food is tremendous, especially if you love souffles and don't or can't get good ones at home. The menu offers souffles for every course - appetizer/vegetable, main, desert. They also have other items -... More
