My friend and I enjoyed a fantastic four course meal at this lovely little restaurant located just a stone’s throw away from the Notre-Dame Cathedral. We booked a table for two just an hour before and received a 50% discount off the food menu. However due to the high quality food, intimate ambiance and impeccable service we would have been... Le Reminet has a good location on the Left Bank close to Notre Dame, I'Le Saint Louis and the Mariais. As usual for Paris, small Intimate restraurant with tables very close together. Very interesting combination of Flavors- for appetizers I had tomato tartar which was flavorful tomatoes with crab and a lime/basil sorbet on top, my wife had shrimp potstickers... More

The people and food at Le Reminet are wonderful. This is the third time we have been here while visiting Paris over the course of 6 years, and it is unfailingly a quality dining experience. The food is modern French, beautifully presented. Although stocks were a little low on our visit, the wine list is varied and the staff will... More

I used to love Le Reminet. I went there for dinner 4 times. The last one, was a disaster. The service was slow and the food was not so great as it used to be. And, to top it of, there was a mouse (souris!) in the ladies room!

Good food. Was here for dinner. Standard French fare. Service was great, spectacular actually. Just knocking it down 1 notch for value. Make sure you book through the fork for discount on a la carte.

We've been here twice now, each time with a group having the tasting menu. It's an outstanding, delicious experience. And for what you receive, it's an excellent value. A real find in an otherwise pretty touristy part of Paris.

Boyfriend and I came here for lunch after seeing the reviews and are glad we came! Although it was quite pricey, we had a 40% discount by reserving on booking.com. Every plate was delicious and it only came to €30 per person (shared starter and dessert, had our own mains). Definitely worth it!

After a busy day walking the streets of Paris we ended here because it was close by and the reviews were good. We were not that hungry so we ordered the lunch set for the day. The set consisted of Pumpkin soup, Beef & And a Tart for dessert. Pumpkin soup ok, but blend taste. Beef was very though and... More

We have been coming to Le Reminet each year for about 7 years and we are constantly amazed. The food surpasses or at least approaches fine dining, but with a bistro ambiance. The dishes are beautifully plated, pleasing both the eye and then the palate. Some may find the prices a bit on the high side, but the chef does... More

We've now spent the last six summers in Paris and our favorite restaurant is Le Reminet, close to Notre Dame but as non touristy as could be. As soon as we arrive in Paris our first restaurant meal is at Le Reminet, and we go at least once a week. Mostly weekday lunch where the "formula" is unbeatable. But also... More

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
