I visited Le Reminet in 2013 and my meal was once the best I've ever had. I was very excited to visit again and left very disappointed. The service was very slow (3.5 hours for our meal, often asking more than once for wine, cocktails, water, etc....). The presentation was still fantastic, however, the food was simply not that good.... More

This is a small restaurant with romatic decoration. The food is amazingly good with great service. If you have a group of people, you can contact Norbert, the manager, who will help to organize a set menu with decent price. I highly recommend this restaurant to tourists or locals.

This a small restaurant but very romantic the candles light and nice tables and beautifull silver table sets. The service is 4 stars the food is fresh and excellent but the most amazing part is that you will get a full 3 courses lunch for a price of 17€. The presentation of each place is a peice of art! Well located on the south side of the Seine river. Well designed and served courses. Especially ox tail ravioli soup and pressed foie gras with smoked eel were impressive. I recommend as a good, classy and attentive dinner old style restaurant. Professional and friendly service. Nice.

A "hidden gem". Absolutely fantastic experience, everything from the cuisine to the service to the decor. Very Parisian. A must try any night you're in town.

This restaurant is delicious and not too much expensive, and you can get an offer if you book through the "fork" app. The place is not bad but a little bit tiny. The stuff is lovely and bilingual.

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday night .We arrived at 20:00 and the place was half full already.By nine o'clock ,it was packed. The staff was very polite and even though the food took quite a while to arrive,we enjoyed our night to the most. The food and the atmosphere were excellent. I would definitely recommend you to try the... More

This restaurant has a limited menu of unnecessarily complicated food. Expensive for what it is and irritating for its discrimination policy: Tourists are seated in the cellar while Parisians sit upstairs. Save yourself a bundle and go elsewhere where customers are treated equally. Paris has so many great restaurants that are more deserving of your business.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
