We were in Paris for one night and wanted to enjoy the luxury of a great quality meal in a premium restaurant so opted for Le Petit Zinc. Other restaurants close by had better ratings but this had vegetarian options which are hard to come by. The restaurant itself is beautiful. It wasn’t busy, perhaps half full? Maybe this should... Art-deco restaurant still equipped with a Zinc bar (of course!) you'll find their food, staff and facilities all very excellent. Best known for its seafood (always fresh), great place for large family dinners (reserve your table for 6-8 in advance) or to impress the out of town business client. Always a great place to eat

We visited Petit Zinc on Christmas Eve so it was very busy. The service was a little slow but it did appear that they may have been short staffed. The food was nice although our friend did not like his risotto. There was an excellent selection of seafood and the platters looked delicious

The prawns we ordered for the starter were smaller than expected and were cooked and then served on ice- contrary to how the waiter described it. The onion soup was a little too salty. We took the cheapest wine in their menu (around €27 I think) and it's not really good, at least for us. The main courses were just... More

I love this little place, we always come here after sightseeing for a relaxing break from the crowds. Service is great, and it's the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine.

We went for a quick dinner as we were looking for a seafood restaurant in our area. We walked by the Petit Zinc and decided to walk in. We waited 5 long minutes for a super rude host to walk us to a table. Restaurant was 80% empty. We were then handed over to a bunch of nice but totally... More

I've been there for dinner in December 2016. The restaurant is in Saint Germain de Prés, on the left bank, a very nice district to walk in with lots of restaurants and few cars. Inside, the restaurant is quiet, with "art déco" decorations, and soft lighting, ideal for a dinner. My table was near the windows, with not so much... More

Cannot fault this restaurant. A true Parisian experience in the heart of St. Germain. The seafood is divine and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed.

Best location, you can see the church of St. Germain from the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is a Beaux Arts masterpiece. The food isbetter than good, classic French dishes and excellent seafood.

We had very nice dinner at Le petit Zinc. We were there with big group for celebration. Actually all the restaurant was booked only for us. We had good meals and drinks. The service was good as well.

Description
This St-Germain des Pres landmark continues to thrive as it has done since the turn of the last century. The classic Art Nouveau brasserie style is still elegant, with ivy arches, swooping iron banisters to the mezzanine, ironwork facade, and beautifully lit glass ceiling fanlights. You'll feel as if you're having a real Parisian experience and you are, you are. The menu is classic French. Try starter of wonderful fruits de mer, main course of calves liver meuniere with caramelised salsify and broccoli, and pudding of fantastic 'Saint Germain' ice cream sundae.
