Sittings in this tiny local restaurant are at 7pm and 9pm so best to book in advance. If you're prepared to cope with a squashed dining experience then you'll be rewarded with some truly delicious French cuisine. Starters from around €10 included snail stew, goose...More

Close to Montparnasse station, wonderful food in the very very small bistro. Good wine, food and good service. Reservations are recomended but it seemed to me they will try to accomodate walkins as much as possible. Not too pricey.

We telephoned and booked a table for 9 people. They told us no problem, so long as we came after 9 as there are two sittings, at 7 and 9. When we arrived at 9.10 they showed us to a table for 6 and brought...More

After visiting the Tour Montparnasse with three limited-mobility older women, we needed a nearby restaurant. La Cerisale fit the bill. I stumbled onto it literally through a google.map search. Anyway, I was thrilled to find this superb, tiny restaurant. We were warmly greeted by a...More

Tiny, popular bistro near Montparnasse Tower, specialises in southwestern French fare -- clean and cosy ..painted wood and mirror panels, white tablecloths on tightly placed tables, not much intimacy (I could hear several conversations though no one spoke loudly). Well presented, refined country fare --...More

I had a dinner tonight with my son at this place, portions are very small unlike the bill! (BTW, I am French, but we were the only French today, so I think it can be useful for our visitors to write this review in English)....More

On my recent 10-day trip to Paris, I ate at many wonderful restaurants but this cozy, local gem in the 14th arr. was by far the best. To compare it to the other places: I ate at 2 Michelin- starred restaurants which were great but...More

Everything was just perfect! By the looks of it we were two of the few foreign people in the restaurant of des Parisiens. Montparnasse district is one of the best places to eat out.

The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the
landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that
goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas,
brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and
parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away
from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and
historical monuments and treasures. In between lie
