There are a litany of places to go in Marais, but we were recommended L'Enoteca by a Parisian for its authentic Sardinian cuisine. Note: if you're not into seafood, this is not for you. The restaurant was off the beaten path which was a big plus for us. The pricing was by far not the worst we'd seen in Paris,... More

We were there with friends. Service was ok, but my main course (pasta) was much too spicy and the dinner was very expensive (90 €).

I have been there twice during trips to Paris and it has been good each time. I love the cosy, somewhat quirky atmosphere upstairs in the "library". The service is friendly and helpful. The food is good, as is the wine (due to the huge choice, the wine waiter is a blessing).

Really cozy and charming petit restaurant in Paris. My friend and I had the Menu of the day (a glass of wine, main course and dessert) for 15 euros. Delicious homemade food.

The one single that you will want to visit this place: Its wine collection. Mostly Italian, you can find a really rich collection there, and the maître gives valuable recommendations. You can find some very tasteful Italian plates too, however the prices may look a bit expensive. The atmosphere is great to have a calm dinner and enjoy precious wines.

This was the second time we were visiting this place. It has a cosy and warm decor. Although they could not see our reservation that we did via Fork they quickly find us a table. The service was very good and friendly. They have a good list of Italian wines and they were very good with their suggestions too. The... More

A friend took us to this place he likes and we were glad that he did. If you think that the room you come into is nice, go upstairs ! Food, wine, everything was good. Waiter was fun and open (he let us go upstairs although there were still tables downstairs). Really a nice place to eat quality italian food... More

I came here with colleagues and really enjoyed the food. They were a bit slow to refill the wine, but the food was really tasty and the staff were nice. There was lovely fresh bread and plenty of water was brought to the table.

in the village of St. Paul where this restaurant is located there are much better choices. It is not bad but the food is just so-so.

Italian restaurant in Marais district with a well-priced lunch set menu. My salad was so fresh! Make reservation.

In the heart of the 4th district; the Marais district, Enoteca is a fine Italian restaurant that has made a name for itself for its love of wine. The restaurant has its own discreet and rustic charm with its ceiling lights, beams and visible stonework. Its warm colours also give it an inviting mood. The Italian dishes are prepared with regional produce that are imported directly from Italy. The wine cellar was voted best Italian wine cellar, with 400 labels.

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
