Spent three days in Paris en route back to Canada from a business trip and wanted to splurge on my last night. Could not have chosen more wisely with this charming restaurant, with welcoming staff and remarkable food. The herring starter was unreal, the scallops...More
Very good food in a simply appointed interior. Very limited seating therefore reservation recommended.
Mostly Parisienne clientele, quite obvious in a restaurant which serves refreshing traditional fare.
Caveat: had to get up and pay at the bar counter instead of the check being brought to...More
We visited this little gem, and navigating the small streets of Paris we found it, it’s relatively off the beaten track and in a side street, though near to Arc de triomphe, but nevertheless you will no regret come looking for this one.
We telephoned in advance to be sure to have good vegetarian options but the starter and main course where almost identical. Furthermore we did not want mushrooms in any of the dishes, but we got a mushroom sauce. They also denied that it was mushrooms,...More

We have visited here on three previous occasions and each time the food gets better. This year was no exception. The owner made us very welcome. The food was delicious, and no it wasn't cheap, it certainly wasn't the most expensive either.
The restaurant features Flemish food, much like Belgian food, meticulously prepar.ed in a beautiful art deco setting -- simple but classy. The food and service were first rate and remarkably affordable, given the quality. Next to the Place de l'Etoile, this is a surprising find.
We were celebrating a friend's 19th birthday and wanted to do something special for this birthday event.
We chose the Graindorge for dinner based on recommendations on Trip Advisor.
I am baffled with the other posts stating that this was a great restaurant. The only...More

We returned to Graindorge on our recent trip to Paris, having only discovered it relatively recently despite staying in the area several times over the years.
It was just as good as before - if not better. The three-course dinner menu is great value at...More
The Graindorge is a hidden pearl. It is a great place for dinner. The staff is welcoming and serviceminded and the atmosphere is perfect for an informal business dinner or date. The menu is diverse and the food is excellent. Also a good list of...More
