The plating of the food is not spectacular. Most of the ingredients are common. However the complexity in the slow cooked lamb is spectacular. The best I have ever had. For entree we had shrimp fritters. The dish was very good. The half baked chocolate cake, e.g. Lava cake, was a bit over cooked. Service was attentive and spot on.... More

To give a way the ending we all agreed that we had had an excellent meal but that Dominique Bouchet would never had gotten a Michelin star outside Paris (perhaps France :-)). For that the very well executed meal was simply to straight forward. We all chose the small set menu consisting of 5 courses. The amuse bouche was a... More

Fabulous food...... Flavours, combinations and portion size were all perfect. I was a guest at a business dinner where the menu had been clearly very carefully chosen. From the avocado canapés to the petite fours it was all delicious. I will be back with my family.

Spouse and I went here for dinner with two other couples. The service was outstanding and so was the dinner. Reservations absolutely needed as it is small. Perfect preparation and presentation. Would definitely recommend this if you are trying to impress your spouse, lover or business associate. You will not be disappointed.

Small French style restaurant. The service is good and warm. There is no view. The food is good. Some fiches were better than others. However, there is wow effect and there was no effort for the dishes to be exotic. Does not worth a second visit. Well priced.

My wife had the best lobster she's ever had. The waiter said "we do the work for you" as my wife was worried about having to dig lobster meat out of a claw. The lobster was prepared and presented like no lobster I've ever seen. It was delicious and now the standard of how lobster should be served! Not cheap... More

A magnificent sequence of dishes - we found the gourmet tasting menu and accompanying fine wines delightful. Staff were attentive and helpful.

I went to Dominique Bouchet's 9 years ago with my husband to celebrate my 50th birthday and was anxious to return on this visit to enjoy another fantastic meal. I was not disappointed! The dining room is a comfortable, modern space, sophisticated without being pretentious. The cuisine follows suit with complex flavors, beautiful platings without being fussy. The menu of... More

Old friends and I gathered on a recommendation to have an indulgent lunch at Dominique Bouchet. Since the chef de cuisine has also a restaurant in Tokyo as well as some serious culinary credentials, I was concerned it may be a bit stuffy .... Far from it! Our host suggested we try the menu gastronimique and since we were up... More
