Bravo to the person who managed the service alone (which is normally supposed to be done by two people) while his colleague, boss or other had a leisurely lunch at the bar at 12:30 p.m. (good timing) without giving him a hand once. service (we left at 3 p.m.), sometimes even making remarks to him....
It is through these scenes that people no longer want to work in catering, mutual aid and exemplarity is essential, the old days where the “boss is god” are over!
In any case, the person who worked hard for others and despite the large crowds always remained helpful, friendly and professional.

A place with style. This restaurant has a definite touch of originality with wide spaces, a place to smoke and a terrace open when the weather permits it. The food is Asian style with great taste and beautifully prepared. This is not a cheap restaurant but worth a visit in our opinion.

I have never eaten such a succulent eggplant! Everything is perfectly presented with great choice and flavors! The decor is slightly kitsch for my taste but I have no doubt that this style will amaze some people! I will come back with great pleasure! The service nothing to say! We are explained well and we are taken care of.

Reservation made according to menu card and photo recommendations on the internet! Nothing matches anymore, it is in fact a very expensive and not very good Thai restaurant...no more scallops and other refined dishes..
The menu does not match what is offered on the internet! Be careful!!!!!Fried chicken with a layer of gelatinous fat under the fried breading… inedible! I have never in my life seen a chicken coated in a gelatinous layer of fat... that can be found in pork but not in chicken! And when I point it out to the head waiter he tells me that it’s fried chicken that I shouldn’t be surprised! My plate is intact I didn't eat it was really bad! Lemongrass and ginger vegetable side dish for €12… in the end it’s a small plate of boiled vegetables, without any flavor, big disappointment! I don't touch my plate either... this restaurant wants to be a classy restaurant but the dishes are brought without the cutlery which you have to ask for twice, the same for a carafe of water...
1 semi-cooked tuna starter, good for you!
1 starter 2 main courses 1 vegetable 3 glasses of wine120€!
Exorbitant for the service and delivery!
I don't recommend it, be careful it's no longer the same card and it's not good!
I am disappointed and angry to have been fooled!

Tasteless and not so well presented food.
Staff could not care less.
Pretentious restaurant, which I believe may once have been reasonable.
They look like they’re lost and are trying to hide that fact with fancy chairs, chandeliers and sparkling water.
Hope it gets better.

The service is friendly but encourages consumption.
Starters and main courses are prepared in advance and put in the microwave to just be reheated.
As a result, the spring rolls and crispy chicken have nothing crunchy and are hard and tasteless.
The training sucks too. Obviously when you prepare the dishes in advance you cannot have a beautiful presentation.
Very disappointed with this restaurant: the prices are high and absolutely not justified.
I really don't recommend this restaurant.

Dinner was fairly good, but the service was the worst I have EVER experienced. Asked at least 4 times for water, had to pour our own wine, delays for every request made. If tip had not been included, I would not have left one. Will not go back.

The restaurant has four different spaces of eating . Excellent settings and delicious food . The service is prompt . The restaurant has vegetarian options as well. I would definitely recommend it.

Although visiting Paris, I used to stay in the last years (before COVID) in 16e Arrondissement, still, I haven't got a chance to dine in Bon. On our long-awaited trip in October 2021, we've decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did.
The food, the style (Philippe Starck's design!) the service, the safety (health-wise) - everything was just perfect.
The dishes were unusual for us, but in a good sense - and all of them very tasty to us. This was probably thanks to Mike, who we were lucky to get as our server.
Being friendly and relaxing, yet courteous and respectful, Mike was also very attentive, making an effort to discover what we'd prefer and what we might not like. After that, he helped us to choose the dishes that we both enjoyed and the wine suitable for them.
The whole experience was so good, that we've decided to spend our last evening in Paris in Bon. Upon the reservation, I've made a note asking to be hosted by Mike, and my request was honored.
So we went for the second time - on October 9th - and it was as enjoyable as the first.
Thank you for 2 wonderful evenings, and special thanks to Mike.
In the future visits (hopefully), Bon Restaurant will be the must place to go.

Very nice atmosphere combined with great fusion food. Quality was excellent. Choices were hard to make. Dishes prepared with a bit of a unique twist. Well worth the experience. Only downside: pricy.

Let's go for the pros :
- If you are a fan of Starck design, you'll be in your element. Personally I found the decor gaudy and cheesy to say the least, but I understand that it can please some people. Besides I do not go to a restaurant for the decor, but for the food only.
- albeit understaffed, the service was as good as the circumstances allowed it.
- and no matter how hard I try, I can't find anything positive to write anymore...
So, let's go for the negative :
- for starter : salmon 'new style'....which is basically a salmon sashimi. I rarely had salmon so tasteless. The dipping sauce did not change the poor tasting. Giving fancy names does not make the food taste better.
- for the main : a sea bream in a banana leaf... What a disappointment on all accounts : serving size ridiculously small (something close to a child serving ! I do not know where were the alleged 200gr of proteins, but they were certainly not in my plate... Because of my sport training I weigh all of my food, so I do know what 200gr of proteins look like...), tasteless tiny vegetables and rice rolls. But above all, the fish was soooo overcooked and to top it up so was the bowl of white rice !! How can you overcook some simple white rice so much ?? Even the apprentice is supposed to know how to cook some rice....especially in a french-asian fusion restaurant. Not only you have to order some extra rice if you don't want to leave the restaurant hungry, but it's not even eatable...
- I tried the black cod that my sister and her boyfriend took. And here again, the hero of the dish was dead, betrayed by some cruel overcooking sabotage. What makes it even more painful is to know that the black cod is a fish that is quite difficult to overcook (due to its high fat content), but Bon kitchen managed to do that. If you want to imitate Nobu and Nozomi, then, in order to compensate a lack of imagination, at the very least, do the recipe faultlessly....
- dessert : a poor lemon curd not even worth mentioning....
All in all : very expensive for some poor, tasteless, overcooked very mediocre food (I do not care about what the table next to me had, only what was served to me counted... and it was really not up to the par). For the same money, I can give you a list of dozens of gastronomic restaurants that are a gazillion times better and definitely worth trying.

We are sorry if you consider the work of the big, loud and cheesy Mr Starck who, by the way, is a true visionary and considered one of the greatest designers of our time.
After talking about the kitchen you think so well know (probably due to an apprenticeship on your part). Personally I learned and loved this job as a chef at an MOF, then been on the Michelin side with 30 years of work, which may perhaps not represent anything for you.
At the same time, I invite you to read the thousands of comments on the various platforms, as well as the articles, blogs and culinary reviews on our restaurant that have been contradicting your opinion for some ten years now. Mainly about the products you quote elsewhere. Including the "Daurade" which is weighed by the chef every day during its preparation.
All these professionals or not should not have your culinary level...
At "BON" no dish comes out without my approval and we accept all opinions whether they are positive or negative as long as they are in the respect of staff who work hard every day in this establishment. This is clearly not the case when you name our kitchen "overcooking sabotage" or "mediocre food".
We hope you find your happiness in the dozen's of gastronomic restaurants that you know.

We went to this restaurant twice in one week, one day for the lunch and Sunday for the brunch
All plates are good, very tasty and nicely presented.
Good value, nice room, definitely we will go again.

The restaurant was surprisingly spacious- not seen from entrance. They have different halls/ rooms with different styles. Atmosphere was lovely, service very attentive and food was very good. Even though they don’t have specific kids menu there are options that are simple n fit them. Enjoyable experience

The food was as usual great but since the heat wave they say their air conditioning is not working since a week!
.Why not put a few fans instead of giving typical lame excuses.
There were 4 or 5 tables like us who left early. Maybe they will get their act together hopefully soon.

We thank you for the comment on the food. The air conditioning technician had come to the eve of your meeting place and it unfortunately jumped the night of your dinner, and we could come back on Monday so that it does not happen again.
