This small place boasts only seven tables and is modest in its offerings. For example, roast pork with roasted potatoes was the "special" one night. But put it together with a lovely scallop tartare and a creme brûlée in the typical three-course offering you will...More

We celebrated my birthday here and I would lie about my birth date to dine here any day. The cuisine was excellent. If you are a fan of lamb then they have just the dish for you. We can't wait to return to Paris to...More

We have been coming to this place since 1989. Have been to Paris five times, and l'Auberge nine times. Have taken others here, and they've asked to come back.

one of three restaurants owned by the same chef, this is the mid level bistro but offers excellent food, sensibly priced wine list

This small “auberge” has known better times. The atmosphere is cosy but the service average as was the food. The presentation of the “magret de canard” lacked finish, the sauce was thick. The waitress spent most of her time on her iPhone giving little attention...More

This tiny, family-run restaurant offers surprisingly good value for being smack in the middle of the exclusive Ile-St. Louis. Seating is very tight, but the staff is efficient and friendly, and the dishes we had were well prepared. All in all, this is a very...More

If crowds are any sign this restaurant is one of the top places on Isle St Louis. When we arrived at 7:30 there were few patrons; by 8 they were turning people away and by 9 when we left, the place was full. Go early...More

It was the perfect way to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed the wonderful ambiance and the meal could not have been better. Located on a quiet street on the L'isle Saint Louis the local affords you a lovely stroll down a quiet Parisienne street past...More

Unique decorations, friendly waiter (who was also the owner), great food. Nothing fancy and prices aren't too high; that's what made this place probably the best French dinner experience we had while in Paris.

Two islands sit in the middle of the Seine at the very
heart of Paris. The more majestic one, Ile de la Cité,
sparkles with history. This is the birthplace of
Paris, the home of the Gothic Sainte-Chapelle, and the
site of the prison where Marie Antoinette was held
before her execution. Tourists flock to see the iconic
Notre Dame and the beautiful bridges that straddle the
Seine. Ile Saint-Louis, the more provincial island,
