Had exactly what I was looking for in Paris: -small/friendly/warm bistrot -professional and passionated front of house staff. -very good quality of products and well cooked Menu lunch for 3 courses at 34€ ( around 50€ per person with coffee and wine)

I agree; as it is a casual bistro, there is no dress code. Nevertheless, diners in France do make a bit of an effort when going to a restaurant, even when dressed casually. Shorts, flip-flops and similar are a guarantee... More
