While visiting Paris with family, we were looking for a place to have tapas. A little something everyone liked since there were multiple nationalities and tastes. At Le Max, we got so lucky stumbling on a busy square with multiple restaurants and bars in the...middle of Paris! These guys are wonderful. They quickly found a table for our large group and were quick to take orders. We got the mixed tapa plate and it was perfect - there was something that everyone liked mixed in it. The wine they offer as well is good and not over priced like you typically see in Paris. Highly recommend for big groups and if you want decent prices compared to the overly touristic Parisien areas.More

This is a nice place to have a drink and a bite to eat at a shady outdoor table, and is only a stone’s throw from the Forum Les Halles shopping centre and Chatelet-Les Halles mega railway station. Their happy hour prices are on par...for the area €5-€5,50 for a beer or cocktail, marginally less for a mocktail, and the charcuterie plates look really good, although we didn’t actually try one. Only downside for us, coming g from a place that has outlawed smoking in eating areas of restaurants, was that it can get very smoky when several people on a neighbouring table simultaneously light up - a common occurrence in Paris!More

Excellent place if you want to drink a nice cocktail and enjoy some delicious tapas on a hot day. We were impressed by the waiter, who has to work very hard, but keeps smiling. Thumbs up!

Nice bar in the center of Paris, good location for sunny days, you can have a seat and enjoy very good cocktails (with fresh fruits). The barmen were very kind and fun, we wanted to oder a liter of Mojito and they made it !...Very interesting happy hours. Their tapas are very "YUMI" we really loved the gwacamole and "craque monsieur " (?) the music is very festive and it is livery... Good to meet people ! Danse ! Have fun :) We will go back !!! GO GO GOMore

One of the best mojito I ever had! I had a great time with my friends there and thanks for the shot of chartreuse before leaving :)

The location in the Châtelet area is perfect if you want to meet some friends for a cocktail or two. But everything else is dreadful: tiny space, not enough chairs, dose of alcohol in cocktails make them mocktails instead, expensive tasteless charcuterie/fromage board... Just don't...go.More
