Rude staff/waitress made us feel very unwelcome from the second we stepped in La Durée. We didn't even stay and instead we went to Angelina in les Tuileries for lunch (and then went to Pierre Hermé instead). As a French person who travels to Paris...as often as possible, I'm saddened by this and I'm more comfortable in La Durée in London.More

We did not reserve a table. I along with my family of three just walked in Laduree at Champs Elysees. We were greeted very pleasantly and placed at a table at the right hand side where you enter Laduree. We ordered hot chocolate, coffee and...tea. All of them were really good. Have to try their pistachio, lavender and black current macaroon. besides the delicacies, I was in love with the packaging of their boxes too. .More

The cakes/pastries/macaroons don’t need my review - they are well known and rightfully so. We set down for the above and coffee. They managed to screw up our coffee order. The coffee was sub par. Expected more from well known, Champs-Élysées cafe that charges accordingly...

It was a splendid place in Dubai, but you couldn't feel the milieu like here. Delicious cakes, but missed the wow factor. Due to the tourist crowd, the service is like being in a fast food restaurant, which is not the fault of the staff...(imo).More

Great place so many macarons :) not the cheapest place but the store does feel luxury. They have other desserts at a good price too.

My husband and I stopped here after cycling around Paris all day and the fact that only desert is available was perfect for us. The tea was great and my husband had pistachio ice cream whilst I had lemon meringue tart. Delicious desserts and lovely...silver crockery. The service was attentive and staff were helpful. Nice macaroons too.More

We had a very late dinner, most people had cakes and desserts, and I regret I hadn't room for that afterwards. Dinner was very good and very nicely presented, I had a chicken pie, with a rich sauce poured over by the waitress. We were...both very pleased with the meal, but were seated next to the clearing table, so it was a bit noisy and busy. You should try to get a window table.More

If you're visiting Paris you have to try traditional macarons. And if you want to try - you should do this only in the best place - Laduree. The queue is quite long, but it's worth the wait. Selection of macarons - very large. We...chose standard flavors and some exotic ones. Amazing taste and experience. It can't be described - you have to try it yourself!More

We heard or read too many good things about this place. However, when we visited for some arvo drinks after a stroll in champs elysses, we were not very impressed! The place is not bad however, it didn't make us feel that grandeur which we...heard of!More

Lovely place especially for people who like sweets. There are many different kinds of desserts to choose from . Recommend the iced macaroons . The one thing I do not recommend though is the hot chocolate , for me it had strange taste . Otherwise...I would go there again !More
