It is a customized salad bar place where you can chose everything down to dressing. Clean, friendly staff ABD reasonable prices. Great for a quick lunch!

Good quality of food a little bit expensive, but in line with Paris prices. You might wait a bit to be served but you will be rewarded.

My work colleagues took me here. It's just like Vital Ingredient in London which I love. You choose your base (salad leaves, pasta or rice) and add in toppings/ingredients to make your own salad with choice of dressing. They do meal deals so I got a salad, bread, drink and a yogurt all for 12 euro. Good value in central... More

There are salad lunches...and then there is the Mongoo experience. During lunchtime you already get a hint of the popularity of this place - the line spans out on the sidewalk and loops around a few times. This should not stop you from joining in however. The staff works efficiently quick. Great choice, great price, fantastic taste. No better lunch... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
