My wife and I went there based on the good reviews on Tripadvisor. The restaurant is very small, maybe 7-8 tables. The entrance is actually a cheese shop. We had no reservation, but they where kind enough to give us a chance for a table if we could finish the meal within an hour and 15 minutes. We ordered a... More

7:30pm on a Wednesday night and it was closed. This was the second Resturant we tried to go to, found on trip advisor. We walked in the rain and VERY disappointed.

After reading reviews on here, I decided we had to visit this little gem. We went walk all the way from Champ Elysee but we were not disappointed as they are very knowledgeable on their products and wine. He explained the order of cheese to eat. My boyfriend and I opted for the 15 cheese board, small mixed meat and... More

We had dinner here on Bastille day prior to going and watching the fireworks. The staff were friendly and explained the menu in English. The food was top notch. It was out of the the touristy districts and had a lot of locals which made for a nice French experience. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved visiting this perfect little fromagerie yesterday afternoon. Only 15 euro for a delicious cheese plate. I especially appreciated their flexibility in not putting a goats cheese on to suit my taste better. The service was lovely.

If you appreciate cheese and can think of nothing better than a platter of cheese and a bottle of wine then you will love this restaurant. There is a short menu of configurations for your cheeses - basically how many varieties do you want on the platter and do you want any cured meats with it? There were a couple... More

Our family visited this wonderful shop on our last night in Paris. After spending 2 weeks in France and a week in Switzerland, it remains a highlight of our dining experiences. The owners were friendly and the charcuterie board was delicious, but the cheese was out of this world. I'm still dreaming about the cheeses we tried here! Oh to... More

Stopped in to get out of the rain and ended up having a great meal. The Croque Mr. was fantastic and the cheese board divine, as was the accompanying bread. Relatively affordable too. Would defn recommend for anyone in paris, especially a cheese/wine lover!

For our first meal in France, it certainly did not disappoint us! The croque mr. and the 5 cheese board are a must to try. The staff are really friendly and took their time to explain the menu to us (as we are non french speakers) for which we are so thankful for, will definitely recommend this restaurant to other... Description
A nice cheese shop with more than 90 references, grocer's products and obviously a nice selection of wines. A tasting area where you can enjoy homemade tarts, "tartines" and cheese plates with a glass of wine. Here the most important are products which are selected with great attention by two young passionate.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
