A comfortable local restaurant with a very welcoming feel. Very tasty food too. I really enjoyed the borscht.

Since I have a polish girlfriend , I've known authentic polish food, let me tell you this is the place to go! Amazing taste and great atmosphere . They make you feel welcome and the food is great. You should try the ruski pierogies as...well at this place...yumm!!More
Authentic Polish cuisine in a homey setting. Delicious pierogies and other hearty Polish dishes! Will be back often.
The employee does not speak polish. Not even very basics. Even just saying hello is too much. Maybe that would not shock you in Poland where waiters are often student ; but in Paris, a waiter as clueless about the culture of the place it...is supposed to represent, it does not exists. Besides, you get pierogies at 10 € a plate. And the place is empty. So you have food inexpensive by definition but still requires time and devotion to make... in an empty place unlikely to sell them, so unlikely to provide them fresh. And then there is the rest. You get some choice of french beers. And a few polish piwo hidden in the fridge - sold as "bière polonaise". No typical polish deserts. No vodka based drinks. Basically, everything where Poland stands out by comparison to France regarding drinks is completely non existent. It looks like a cheap scam, I wonder if there are are really polish people running this business. If they do, they should do something else, it is really not appealing at all. You wont get the experience you'd get if you go to a random Portuguese pub in Val-de-Marne, with locals around watching local TV and having local drinks with local food.More
Yes… I remember you. I could hardly hear you when you spoke … almost whispering. So you insinuate that the "employee" who is actually one of the owners, doesn’t speak basic Polish or doesn’t know anything about the Polish culture… how would you know, since...More
Restaurant is on the corner of the block of the apartment we have rented. We went in on the spur of the moment for lunch. We had quick and courteous service from a very nice young woman who was alone to handle everything and everyone....She never seemed overwhelmed but in truth she was. My wife had borscht with dumplings to start followed by the most wonderful pierogi we have ever had. They were as good as family pierogi from our Polish sister in law. I had bigos. Good but not great. Glad we tried this place. Very authentic.More
The restaurant is located within two blocks of a metro so it is very convenient. The ambience is calm and friendly and the food is delicious! I had the trout sautéed in garlic butter and it was the best I have ever eaten. The service...was promptly and courteous. I was made to feel at home. I would recommend this restaurant without reservation.More
After devouring a serving of delicious Pierogis, I went for the stuffed cabbage which I absolutely loved. I must say, many of the dishes I saw on the table next to me looked amazing as well. The portions were very generous and the service was...prompt and friendly.More
We started with a zurek soup that was quite good actually, and that we recommend. But then for the main dish we took the pierogi and expected to eat good ones as seen in the comment, but they were floating on oil...way too greasy The...service was not good, I had to ask for a glass to put my beer in..the girl never smiled, and was sitting in front of her computer, just standing up to bring the plates. And she also refuses a group of 5 at 9pm and another group of 3 at 9.15pm so come earlyMore
