We wanted a break from the wonderful French sauces and meats so a more Mediterranean meal was perfect. Upon our arrival at 19:30 we were introduced to Chef/ owner Ivan Schenatti. We knew immediately we were in for a special evening. The small restaurant comfortably seats about 8 of its maximum 28 guests on a velvet coach that spans the... More

This restaurant has everything you're looking into a restaurant. The venue, the service...the food! I had the truffle ravioli and my partner had les noix de St Jacques and it was delicious. It's very refined. The kitchen is opne, you can see the chef working and it was impressive to see how calm/focused and classy he was. I would really... More

Booked a table on here for 2 on a Friday night, seemed to get the last table, tiny restaurant- don't come here if you are a big group. Understood its central Paris but food was very €€€€ for what it was worth. Starter of a couple of fried aubergine flowers with horseradish- €20 and a bowl of what was delicious... More

The place is cozy and small but the ambiance is nice. The waiters are very professional and the service is good. The food is amazing and the presentation is very nice.

We were intending to eat elsewhere and happened upon this small modern and very charming Italian place by accident. It was a bit early and they still were preparing for service but they kindly seated us, two tired ladies, and offered us a drink. The chef is young and creative -- his Italian dishes were Michelin star quality. They have... More

Service was very good, before I do any complaining. I got the eggplant parmesan and would have loved to have it with pasta, but that wasn't offered even when I asked. Apparently they've won awards, but I don't think it was anything outstanding. They were out of a couple wines when we went, too. We were the only people there... More

This was our first time in this restaurant that we found by accident. It was the best italian dinner that we ever had in France and definitely in Paris. Fine food, creative interesting dishes, unusual but very tasty combinations. The wine list is pretty small but we got a good recommendation from our waiter. Service was excellent. Too bad that... Though it was a bit pricey, I thought the food was good. My son wanted fries and even though they were not on the menu, the chef made fried potatoes for him, as well as a plain penne pasta. Service was above and beyond. I had tagliatelle with seafood and it was delicious. Not huge portions, but just right. My... More

I was attracted by the lunch formula which for about 19 euros offered a main dish (in my case it was "Orecchia", a kind of pasta) and dessert (I took Tiramisu). The main dish was too salted and the Tiramisu much inferior (and much smaller) than the one of Fellini, rue de l'Arbre Sec, not to mention the "revisited" one,... More

Been there twice with a friend. Excellent service provided by a fun, attentive and efficient staff. Chef came out ans spoke with us. Great unique Italian dishes with a sophisticated presentation. Everything is well thought out and balanced.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
