They have really good couscous, good chicken, they serve sweet tea. The meal is affordable and filling. The place is situated in a larger outdoor French market with seating dedicated to each restaurant. Lots of variety: a place to know and to continue exploring.

We enjoyed our two dishes: Lamb skewers (kebab) and Lamb brochettes (Medalions). Tasty couscous - but it could have used a bit more liquid. We tried the morocain bread - glad to have sampled it - but not a repeat. Total bill for lunch for...More

Went there hoping to have a good budget meal in the expensive city of Paris. Was not disappointed. A whole lot of plates, from salads to couscous, for a very reasonable price (between 5€ and 15€). Chose a couscous merguez (couscous with traditional Moroccan sausages,...More

In the fantastic location of the Marchè des Enfants Rouges we found this corner of Morocco in Paris. The food is great: we tasted different kind of cous cous. The location is cool. The food is cheap. To try if you like nNorth Africa food.

I got the chicken tagine and it was really delicious. I wish maybe there are been a bit more liquid to mix with my couscous. But other than that, really nice!

Fantastic food, great value. The dishes are all clearly photographed which really helped. The service was efficient and well organised. We queued, ordered, paid then got seated by a lovely guy who was nice to our kids. We had meatballs, lamb with prunes and a...More

We went to Marché des Enfants Rouges (Market of the Red Children) on an early Saturday evening. It's a small market and only half the vendors were open. The busiest part was the "food court," and we went to Le Traiteur Marocain on a friend's...More

We were looking around the market wondering how it was so popular (not amazing looking) and decided to go to the longest line, which Angus suggested looked the best. Indeed, the tagines and cous cous dishes at Traiteur Marocain were both great value and hugely...More

Located in the Marche Les Enfant Rouge, the place was a zoo. You order at the counter amongst a crowd, and then try to find a place to sit amongst the crowded tables located along the isles of the market. If you're lucky to find...More
