Little treasure in Italian cooking, delicious food and immaculate service. You want to taste a bit of Italy in the heart of Paris then definitely pay visit to this lovely resto.

Small, cozy, loud with chatter with warm hospitality & great food. Veal chop was excellent & a good size. Piemontese starter (beans, onions, pork etc. ) was a real hit. This place is popular. Pasta was very good although not the best ever. I still wonder where the name came from!

Delicious authentic Italian food. No pizza, no bolognese, no carbonara but linguine with clams, paccheri with fresh tuna or canalini with squid and spicy sausage. Beautiful antipasti too. Very welcoming staff - will give you tips about visiting Italy too. Grazie mille.

Authentic Italian food in the heart of Paris recommended by a local. Great food, friendly service and very affordable. Near the Marais district on Rue Saint Sebastien, between Blvd du Temple and Blvd Richard Lenoir.

Somehow my previous review of this "mistaken meal" has disappeared (management attempts at requesting removal of all negative comments ?) so any positive element of the restaurant faded away from my memory to retain only overcooked pasta, an absolute "non go" for an italian place. But then, i'm not very surprised by poor meal, given the fact that the chef... More

I wanted to take an Italian friend who lives in Paris out for a special meal, and after a little research, I found Gustibus and decided to make a reservation there. What a fantastic find! Just had an excellent Italian dinner at Gustibus this evening. The proprietors were super friendly and the food was across-the-board delicious. I had a fantastic duck ragu with perfectly al dente, homemade pasta. My friend had a tagliatelle pasta with a mushroom cream sauce (loaded with mushrooms) which he loved. We finished with a panna cotta and limoncellos. Perfecto.

This family-run Italian restaurant offers fresh market produce, with the menu changing several times a month according to the best seasonal ingredients. Specialities from Piemont - where chef Franco and his wife Nadia (in charge of the front-of-house) are from - feature regularly. Homemade pasta, fish and meat dishes feature alongside Italian desserts, while the wine list offers a selection of the peninsula's best. The focus is on freshness, taste and value for money.
