We wanted to eat before heading to our bike tour and this was across from the meeting place. We shared the pate app and my wife had the duck (16E) and I had the carpaccio (15E). Everything was very good. We were too full to...More
It's always packed here. Close to popular hotels, not too close but not too far from the Eiffel Tower, it is a good cafe to have a Parisian experience without the crazy prices of a couple of blocks from there.
I can't say I'm the biggest fan of food service in France but I really did like the service at this spot. Faster and friendlier and only a couple blocks away from the Eiffel Tower. Inside and outside seating. They do have specials of the...More
Wow what a find. Yes I know Paris is full of such places. But good food good service buzzy place great for a single bloke here on business. Not romantic !! (But could be).
Just a great lunch experience.
Free Wi-fi too

I went for an early morning breakfast and got the l'francais. It was pretty good. It was not a standard American breakfast (hint the name) so if you're looking for that, you may be satisfied elsewhere. I'd return next time I'm in Paris.
Ordered 2 omelettes and both are burnt. And the service staff says its normal. The taste of the burnt egg is so bitter. Even the bread toast given was burnt. Not recommended unless u have a thing for burnt eggs.
Great little restaurant. Tasty food- got the chicken (with fries) and creme brûlée, both great.
Nice seating and nice wait staff.
Maybe try to get a seat away from the door in the winter, unless you don’t mind a bit of a breeze whenever the...More
