Excelent option for a layed back night out with friends. Good beer and live jazz with in week-days. Not expensive and good service.

I was the only one eating when I was here, which made me a little nervous, but once I'd been served my mixed grill, I lost all anxiety. Consisting of a large portion of chicken, a decent sized flank steak, aswell as some pork, fries,...More

Came for lunch. The service was very good and the food looked ok. The taste of the food was terrible. The buns were stale, the homemade fries were burnt which caused a bitter aftertaste and the burger I had was too rare.... to the point...More

It was my next to last night in Paris and I was on a Latin Quarter wander. The area around St. Michel was really energizing. It was a little too early for Caveau de Huchette and so I just enjoyed the "feel" and wandered in...More

I search for a bar with live music for my last night and found myself there. The band was great, talented young guys which seem to have a lot of fun by playing. The bar offers many beers from around the world, with decent prices....More

We went to this bar on a recommendation from a friend and weren't disappointed! We just got a bottle of red and white recommended by the waiter and a selection of planches, including meat and cheese boards which were absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere sat outside...More

A friend invited me to meet here after work, near the corner of rue de la Harpe and Boulevard St Germain. The location is perfect, being just a few doors into the pedestrianised street from the buzzing Bd Saint Germain. This is a beer palace...More

Tired of the onslaught of tartiflette or fondue offerings, MONK provides a completely different option, and I'm so glad that we tried it. We wanted something light, so chose a number of small bites from the menu, although they turned out not to be that...More

Quiet place, nice staff, and I had a quiet time there. The view from sitting outside was relaxing and very Paris like.

Both times I've been here we went for the option of choosing several different cheeses and charcuterie to have with a glass of wine. Great for sharing as a light meal. Service is slightly frosty, but a good location.

Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the
residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon
never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional
cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets
surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide
eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just
next door and the prototypical terraced French
brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this

Situated on a pedestrian street of this touristic area, we wanted to set us apart from the other bars. We propose 10 international tap beers, 50+ bottles of beer, and meals from around the world which mix well with beer, made with a barbecue/grill. This is our particularity. But of course we also cook vegetarian meals and serve other drinks than beer (like softs / wine / cocktails / alcool...) to please everyone ! On thursdays & sundays evening, please note that gypsy-jazz is played on our little stage, and on fridays & saturdays, there is a pop-rock band.
