Chez Papa is a chain of restaurants that we enjoy. This location is close to Montmartre area. This raustaurant chain is famous for the quantity of food but we were slightly disappointed with it. The quality of food is good and the restaurant is clean and the stuff is polite

Very bad service, they made us sit at the table at the end of the evening after waiting for a long time, and then serve the dishes that did not comply with the menu, for quantities and ingredients! at the end of the evening when we complained, we were also attacked by the head waiter!

By the way, this branch is near Metro Guy Moquet or Lamark. The first time I went here with a friend I had an excellent 'omelette paysanne' - light texture, well done but not dry and an appetising pale yellow colour and very big. The only thing was that the waitress refused to close the door even though many people... More

Every time I'm in Paris I take the Metro to the Louis Blanc stop a go have an incredible meal at Chez Papa... I've been to a few other restaurants and bistros, but I always find myself going back to Chez Papa... The choice of wine and selections from the menu are fantastic... A little jewel in the heart of... More

We found this little restaurant over tripadvisor and were highly satisfied. Waitress was very friendly, translating every dish to broken english, it was very funny. 11? for one starter and one main meal. Was large enough.

This is a small but very well run place opposite the metro. The food is traditional, huge portions and serviced with a French flourish. If you go try the salad, or the burger, best of all is the omelette With traditional ham, bacon and all the rest. Of the stuff, with a bottle of house wine it was reasonable, the... More

Staying in Montmartre

Neighborhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colors, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
