Staff were rude, food was cold to the point where we sent it back after one mouthful. Then we were charged for it because ‘we ate a bit of it’. Had to fight to get it off our bill. It’s small and unwelcoming mainly because...of the staff. Instagram pics are very different from actual. AVOID this place. You have been warned!More

Instagram really has warped the world. This place looks lush on the gram, but it’s such a bizarre experience. And a small room crammed with tables, you’re literally sat 3 inches from the next table. We booked for 11.30am which is when they open, you’re...waiting in a small queue to get seated, then when sat you’re told to scan a QR code, it takes you to their online menu which lets you add it to a cart but no way to pay or actually place the order, so queue a 20-25min wait with no music, (eventually came on and a great playlist) and no communication as to what you’re meant to do, you can then see one woman working her way round the room to take orders. It was really strange. The food looked amazing but the poached eggs were freezing cold. All in all you’re in an out within the hour but it wasn’t the vibe or service you’d think from Instagram, and for €70 I felt sad for my best friend who wanted to come here for her birthday, I was actually embarrassed by the service, that I started looking at other options and for us to leave. I found a place called Kozy Basquet, we went there the next day and it was only €17 each and absolutely amazing. Don’t be fooled by this place, it’s all for Instagram and sadly full of girls with cameras, too busy taking pictures of themselves and glued to their phones rather than embracing time with who their with. What a sad world we live in.More

Horrible service. You should teach your staff how to talk to people. I made a reservation at 13:48 for 14:30. I got there and the lady working there didn't even bother to say good afternoon. She just came screaming | am closed, my kitchen is...closed with an aggressive tone. Learn how to talk to people please.More

Overrated, really rude service by the woman running the place, the male waiter was nice and he was a pleasant person to deal with. Upon arrival we were told to wait at the door by her waving her hand at us, and there were plenty...of free tables, she then said do you have a reservation, which we answered no, so got ushered to a table, got offered no menu's and after 15 minutes she came back to our table to take our order, we were only told there was the brunch menu and we were after more substantial food, so my daughter ordered taco's and the other 3 of us ordered drinks, she then left the table mid order not sure what for but then came back and went back through the orders, and then snatched 3 sets of cutlery and napkins which we had touched, so the drinks were fine and then my daughters tacos came out only find a long black hair in one of them, so we called her over and she took the hair and threw it on the floor and said nothing took the food, and then another 15 mins later the taco's got delivered, and nothing was said we were charged the full amount no apology it was a terrible experience and would not ever go back her attitude is disgusting to be in customer service as there was none what so ever. Don't be fooled by the instagram followers this is a joke.More

JUST RUDE! We arrived 30 minutes before closing. We checked the website and the sign on the door said "Open" so we came in. Two women sneered at us and said, "we are closed!" then proceeded to giggle, take pics, and clowned around in the...store while we waited for our taxi outside. Extremely unprofessional and condescending place. I would not visit this place!!More

Made a reservation here based on reviews and photos and was not disappointed. Seated quickly in the window with a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. Had the vegan salad and my Husband had scrambled egg croissant and salad. Food beautifully presented and very tasty....Our server was polite and spoke a variety of languages. The decor is very instagramable and the ambience was great. A lovely start to our day in Paris.More

Our group of friends wanted to have a brunch close to Eiffel Tower so we ended up there. Even though the food is quite tasty, the service is extremely poor with very rude staff. To begin with, some of the staff dont speak French and...others dont speak English. In 2022 in this prime location and in the tourism industry lack of spoken languages is unacceptable. The order was messed up specially in the food they brought food only for 5 people instead of 6 - FYI we ordered 1x Dish that i cant recall the name, 3x Eggs Benedict and 2x Croissant Scramble Eggs - so not too complicated. Once the plates were served we asked if we could switch for a specific bread into a dish instead of the included. The servant came back saying "The Chef is in a bad mood today so it will not be possible". What kind of comment is this and why should I care if the Chef is in a bad mood? They could have simply said, unfortunately it will not be possible or we can bring you additional bread at X price. Anyways, moving to the baristas; they didnt know what does DECAF mean - in a coffee shop? Really? They had to ask 3 people in the restaurant of what Decaf is. Lastly, after we ate our food they asked us if we would like to have also a sweet brioche and we said yes sure! One minute passes and they come back and said "actually no, you need to leave so we can accommodate more people". FYI we had a reservation in this restaurant more than 1 week in advance but it seems that we had to make space for the others. Few remarks for anyone that might question the volume of our order: In the total of 1.5 hour there, we ordered 1 cocktail, 4 coffees, 1 smoothie, 6 breakfast plates, 3 extra portions on the side and we wanted to order sweet dishes as well but we were told to leave. In total we were 6 adults. Finally, there are so many coffee shops, breakfast restaurants and cozy places to visit, so please avoid this one.More

Aesthetically pleasing and smells very sweet. Unfortunately not a great experience after that. Ordered 2 hot chocolates, one with cream, one without. Both came without. Ordered eggs Benedict and pancakes for dessert. The pancakes were brought to the table, 5 minutes later, we asked where...the eggs were. The kitchen had forgot to make them- fair enough! They then ask would you like your eggs Benedict with bacon or salmon? Bacon please! Guess what- it came with salmon. Then we got the bill which was completely wrong and clearly for another table. Even when we got our own, it was still wrong and we had been charged for items we never got. On a positive note, the food we were served tasted and looked great. We got some free sweets for the “inconvenience”…More

The main thing about the place is the food. Everything has a lot of flavor and is well made and elaborated. However, the cappuccino could be hotter. Regarding the comfort of the place, the music could be lower and play a more pleasant style for...brunch. In addition, the structure of the sofa could be more comfortable, there are wooden partitions that where you sit is uncomfortable, this definitely has to be revised or replaced. The service is careful and the local staff are to be congratulated.More

We stumbled upon Pinky Bloom whilst looking for somewhere to take a break from sightseeing and are so glad we stopped here. The décor is marvellous; so photographable, you'll be there ages taking pictures! It took us 10 minutes to figure out there are no...menus, just a QR code stuck to our table (*sigh), hence 1* less, as once we were seated, the service was non-existent. However, the pavlova was genuinely the BEST food I've ever had; texture, flavour, decoration, everything about it has left me wanting more! Hence my reason I would recommend a visit here.More

Cafe Pinky Bloom, 68 avenue de New York 75016 Paris It is hard to believe that this Paris cafe turned into a letdown. That’s especially true when you consider that the establishment is located nearby the Eiffel Tower. I went there because of my friend...who wanted to experience it. I made a reservation online a day in advance but apparently your reservation is only confirmed if you receive a text message the same day. We felt like the hostess was very nasty and rude attitude! We understand she can be stressed but that’s not an excuse to deal with paying customers!! I ended up leaving the place after waiting 30mins but my friend stayed (she waited for and 1hour) according to my friend, the food was a disappointment!! So go somewhere else and spent your money other places. Absolutely not worth it!!More

Reservation system wasn’t great. The day we came there were no hot drinks as the machine wasn’t working. Our food was delayed due to an electrical fault. Tables were very crammed together. Food was good but service and reservation system let the rating down to...be honest. But if you want pictures for your Instagram it is probably worth going through the experience.More
