Amazing affordable bakey in Montmartre. For the savory side don't miss the "ficelle" and the "fougasse". For the sweet side, so many delicacies as well including the lemon tarlet so subtle just perfect.

Day 4 on the search for the best croissant in Paris, and this one is rated a very close second. Plump, with structure, nice flavour and perfect colour. Well done!

We live in Paris now, and we try all the boulangeries we cross path with, this is probably the best. We usually go there for the bread and “tarte aux pommes”, but pretty much everything is amazing at Alexine. Don’t miss it.

Traditional and classical baguettes are excellent, the chocolate eclairs are to die for (note - these are the true eclairs and not the American version).

We stopped in here for a sweet and savoury snack late one afternoon and glad we did. It’s busy and the pastries were to die for lite and tasty

I went to Alexine's because the bakery I had planned to go to was closed and this was open. I am so glad I did. Their food is amazing. They are also very kind. I bought two baguettes to take on a flight back to...the USA and they bagged them carefully. (The bread made it through customs no problem by the way). This bakery has won the best bagguette award 4 times. This will be the place I go back to when I go back to Paris.More

While I visited Paris for three days, I didn't eat a single actual meal. I was too busy eating Alexine's baguettes, croissants, and French pastries that I didn't even know the name of. The English to French language barrier wasn't an issue, as the staff...had no problem understanding me and vice versa. Obviously the baguette is a must get no matter what, but rather strangely I would also HIGHLY reccommend their brownies! My brownie was like two brownies smushed together with ganache in the middle and some nuts on top. Best brownie I've ever had. There is always a line out the door - mostly because the storefront is quite small - but the line moves quickly and the extra five minutes out of your day is SO worth it.More

Visited this place on 2 days. Amazing fresh & tasty selection. Also super friendly staff. With my little French and the girl's little English we managed to understand each other and have a laugh about it too. Definately 1 to reccomend

This is where we buy our daily or twice daily baguettes when we are in Montmartre (each year for the entire month of November). Occasionally, we buy a pastry or a quiche. This is one of the best artisanal bakeries you can think of. You...will always have a queue there. Of course, the "Abbesses" area of Paris is famous for the quality of its butcher shops, poissonnerie (fishmonger), fromageries (cheese shops), fruits and vegetables shops, and bakeries. The four bakeries there all won the best Paris baguette price one year or another. But Alexine is our favorite. People are friendly, and the baguettes... Hmmmmm! It is not a restaurant, just a bakery.More

No seating inside but there are benches, and other outside seating to sit and people watch on the streets of Montmartre. Hope this helps!
